When looking for a hotel in La Fortuna I was comparing Noah’s Forest to the Springs. I am so glad I booked here! Boutique experience in a tranquil setting, we absolutely loved it. Even though we stayed during high season, it was like being at a private retreat. The bungalows offer a lot of privacy and are a good size. Even with adding a roll away bed for our 10 year old, there was still ample space. NF is close to town ( much better location than the springs in my opinion) but in a tropical setting. We could get to all our activities in 30 minutes with the added benefit of being able to easily walk or drive to town. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is top notch! Everyone is so kind and helpful, they really do enhance the stay.
We really enjoyed breakfast here each morning and I’d definitely recommend having dinner here at least one night - one of our best meals in CR! Thank you NF for an unforgettable experience, we’ll be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Noah’s Forest Hotel. The location is perfect—just outside of La Fortuna, tucked into a peaceful forest setting, yet only an easy 20-minute walk into town. It’s the best of both worlds: quiet and relaxing, but still close to everything.

The staff truly makes this place special. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, and a big shoutout to Irene, Cristel, Allan, and Reynaldo for arranging everything and making our stay seamless from start to finish. Their hospitality really stood out.

This was our second time staying here and we were impressed by the improvements since our visit two years ago. All the upgrades are fantastic and show how much care goes into continually improving the guest experience.

We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend Noah’s Forest Hotel to anyone visiting La Fortuna.

The best staff and lodge ever! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Everyone has been so helpful and accommodating and they truly go above and beyond to ensure we experienced “pura vida”. This is our first return when we come back!

Great location close to local restaurants and excursions. We we're first welcomed by Irene who helped us plan our daily activities and Allan who showed us around the resort to find the slothes and Toucan on property. The setting was absolutely stunning our room was just perfect. Everyone at the restaurant from Jay, Charlie, Christian and Dennis we're all extremely friendly and professional. We had a very romantic and peaceful stay.

Our three nights stay at this absolutely stunning bungalow/ cottage was an incredible experience for us! We love nature, and the fact that we were within the lush green rainforest made it even more memorable! We heard birds chirping and that set the mood for our morning! The restaurant here is one of the finest in Costa Rica and what makes it even more special is the staff that work there! Steven and Christian- you guys rock! Beautiful hidden gem. We stayed 3 days / 2 nights and absolutely loved it. The bungalows are beautiful and peaceful, breakfast was delicious and included, and the care felt very personal. They even surprised us with a thoughtful gift to celebrate our sons college graduation, which meant a lot. Quiet, special, and such a memorable stay

My husband and I spent 5 nights at Noah’s Forest and loved our time there. The property is beautiful! We saw so many amazing birds our first day. Not only at the bird feeder near the dining room but high up amongst the trees we saw a couple of hawks! We signed up for the noon forest hike and even though it was raining and they couldn’t take the telescope out, Allan offered to show my husband and I two sloths on the property- so fun! Irene and Dayana were helpful in answering questions and helped us arrange a taxi when we had a very early bird watching tour. The food was tasty, the wait staff were so friendly and the live music at dinner was a nice addition. The pool was clean and refreshing and the private hot tub was a nice relaxing treat! Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and shower pressure was amazing! We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel is in a quiet and private location in La Fortuna. The property only had 20 private villas, so you are definitely getting the private and exclusive service. The property is surrounded by the forest, every single staff is friendly and special thanks to Allan, Irene, Daya. We saw toucan, sloth, iguana, armadillo in the hotel. The hotel offers complimentary night tour at sister hotel which was wonderful. We saw most of the common frogs that night. Overall, definitely worth the money.

Really lovely boutique hotel/lodge. Fabulous room with private jacuzzi - saw so much wildlife on site. Great pool and friendly staff. Very welcoming - close to volcano and other attractions.

Beautiful property, gorgeous setting and design. The staff were universally extremely friendly and helpful. Shout out to Allan for showing us the sloths and the iguanas in the trees on our sloth tour. The night frog tour was also excellent. The food was delicious and the flowers, birds and vegetation were magical.

Fantastic resort - the location is amazing, great base for all the activities around La Fortuna and it really is stunning. Eduardo does a fantastic job looking after everything. The bungalows are perfect. Very modern and finished to a high standard. Lovely touch having the hot tub after a day of hiking. Felt like you had your own little house in the rainforest. Great privacy and only around 20 bungalows on site so we felt very much at home. What really stood out for us were the staff, food and cocktails! Dayana really helped us out when checking in and made sure we were happy with everything on arrival. Dennis, Adrian and the rest of the team were amazing and looked after us perfectly throughout our stay. The manager Reynaldo was fantastic and really helped us out too. It was a pleasure to meet them all and they went over and above to make our stay as special as possible. The food was also amazing and if you aren’t staying at the hotel, it would definitely be worth a visit for a special meal. Best food we ate in La Fortuna by a long way. We would definitely recommend this hotel/restaurant to anyone visiting La Fortuna.

This hotel strikes the perfect balance between decadence and chill vibes. The staff are so welcoming and warm and the bungalows are gorgeous. The complimentary walking tour we had with Allan and Dayana was wonderful - we were shown blue jean frogs, sloths, toucans and iguanas. Breakfast offered many healthy and delicious options as we watched the many birds in the morning. The night frog tour was also great - saw so many little frogs! I’d stay here again for sure!

Daya :) ! Allan, and Irene were the best. They went above and beyond to make sure I did Costa Rica right and felt comfortable during my stay.

We had a wonderful time staying at Noah’s Forest. The food was delicious, from the included breakfast to the wonderful dinner with live local music. Our tour guide, Allan, showed us multiple sloths, iguanas, and other wildlife that we saw just steps away from our rooms. The furnishings were amazing as well. We had such a good time we stayed an extra night. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone traveling to Fortuna or Costa Rica in general. Make a stop and come to Noah’s forest. You won’t regret it.

Incredible place ! Everything from welcome drink to reception staff and restaurant service was above and beyond room was clean amenities were fantastic!
