It was hot, but the ice machine was broken, and I couldn't sleep well because of the sound of the guest upstairs walking around.
The young gentleman on the front counter was extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend

We had reserved and paid more for a room with a king bed and a sofa bed for 3 adults. The room didn’t have a sofa bed, only a love seat. We were given a room with 2 double beds instead, but no credit, even though the employees said they would credit the room.
The location is great and the rooms are large.
This is a 3 story hotel with NO elevators. We had to carry 2 heavy suitcases to the 2nd floor and 2 heavy suitcases to the 3rd floor.
The room was clean and very basic. Our room was in a separate building from the lobby and the outside door to that building was not locked as most hotels require a room key to open it. Our door to the room would not stay closed unless we locked the deadbolt. Coffee maker did not work. We were to stay for 2 nights but left after one night and found a new hotel.

Comfortable rooms and convenient location to YNP north entrance. We had deer walk right through the parking lot.
The location was excellent.
The check in process was very confusing. Several people were outside trying to find out where to check in.
Close to Yellowstone North entrance. Had a cafe built into the hotel. Staff was nice.
Found what seemed to be a piece of a pepto bismol in one of the beds. A little hair in the bathroom floor too. Shower head was really loose at the wall.
