The staff was fine. Showed the check out man how dirty the floor was.
The room was way to expensive for what it was. Over $400 . The floor was filthy dirty. The floor needed moping really bad. The floor didn't have carpet so just vinyl flooring, but was gross.
Location
There were no elevators. Access to the room was through stairs in 3rd floor and no assistance was there to move luggage to 3rd floor.
Breakfast was mentioned as complimentary on the website. However we had to buy the breakfast.
