Alright hotel
Pros:

I like it was right off the highway.

Cons:

The beds felt like a brick and I woke up w back hurting bad.... even my kids complained of how horrible the beds were. Also think they should add a small little gym for guests to use.

Cons:

The back door was blocked open and people were smoking right outside the door. The smoke from the cigarettes wafted up the stairs and into the hallway. So everytime we exited our room, we could smell the cigarette smoke.

Cons:

Please update your listing regarding pets as you do not allow cats. I informed the property of this and had my booking confirmed. In the end I was not allowed to stay due to my cat. My money was taken and when I reached out for a refund over the phone, you told me I had to contact booking. I feel like this was an AI agent I interacted with. I filed a complaint with Booking as Super 8 would not respond to me on the website. Booking cannot give me the refund and has also been trying to contact this hotel for a refund.

Pros:

The front staff was very polite, friendly and tried very hard to supply info on the local area. It is located close to several places of recreation, food and shopping. It is even in walking distance to a movie theater. The bed was very comfortable. When in the area I will definitely stay again.

Cons:

When the ac was turned on it had a bad smell and I had to purchase some airfreshener to eliminate that.

Good place to stop for the night on a long drive
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in was fast. Coffee was great

Run far away, and don’t look back.

Cons:

Everything pretty much. Especially, seeing the lady hanging out in the parking lot going in and out of hotel back door, doing tricks all night. Not to mention the homeless man camped out in his van all night in the same parking lot. Front reception area small and not welcoming. I kept looking out my dirty window all night checking to see if my nice car was still there.
