Super 8 by Wyndham Wyoming/Grand Rapids Area

Staff was polite. Facility is not in good shape. Carpet was not clean, paint was peeling, graffiti on the walls, rust on metal hardware. The surfaces looked dirty so i wiped them down, most of it was damage (dents, scratches and stains) not dirt. Strong marijuana odor. Apparently the parking lot outside my window is a smoking area. Wished that I didnt have to smell it in the room.
Used a lot of Glade air freshener and kept the fan on.

Staff was good, no breakfast, sheets and blankets had holes in them, large fight happened October 3rd early morning outside room with no resolution

Simple nice and clean hotel.

The bed was the tallest one that I have ever seen and so very comfortable. Room was clean very and so affordable

Immediately got my room switched for having stained linens and pillow cases as well as trash on the floor. The second room was worse with burned furnature, visible damage to the room, and smelled of cigarettes. I requested a refund and was denied.

Check-in was with a mumbler who was on his phone, on speaker, TV playing and a gas station style window system to pass ID thru. Hearing him was festive. Couldn't tell when I should pay attention because it was my turn to be mumbled at. Beds were clean but sheets needed mended or replaced. The stock photo of breakfast needs removed from the website. Coffee machine is all there is. Bathroom is small but clean and serviceable. Hotel stair carpet is gray but dirty black 6" from wall. Close to 131 is it's best feature.

There were large toenails visible in the carpet. The noise level was ridiculous. The smell was of pee in the hall and I asked if there was any quieter location on the hotel as i an only 1 guest to the many children and the front desk guy did not want to even talk to me. So im not sure if this is where I would stay again. I was safe but i stayed inside also.

Kinda misleading pics. Room was dirty, bed clean though. Hair and trash on bathroom floor. Looka like the pics of you squint real hard. No breakfast as advertised.

The fridge was dirty and not turned on. Bathroom was discussing pee allover tolietand tub with pubes. Bathroom door was patched together with duchtape and plywood. Walls all dirty. No hairdryer, iron, clothes rack, Clock. Room smelled heavily of bleach it was burning my eyes. No coffeepot, and no complimentary breakfast. Asked for clean room. They said no but would send housekeeping. I advised that I already had to wait 2 hrs for it to be cleaned before I could get in. I wasn't allowed to use the bathroom while I waited was told I must go somewhere else to use bathroom until my room was done. I was able to get refund after showing pictures.

Beds was comfy but hard to get into being so high up. Good for younger people not older. Other than that it was a clean room. Did miss the coffee machine for early morning brew.

How the municipal, health department, City, county, & State authorities of Michigan still allowing this kind of hotel operations in the USA, Michigan. Corruption must be the solution on this hotel. Strong Smoking weed smell welcome us with water leaking from the ceiling was take caring of by Lowe's5 gallons bucket on the hallway. Room has much stronger smell than the lobby. Carpets look like trash. Booked, paid, and leave the hotel, it worth $79 loss than sleep one night here in Wyoming freedom jail. The Indian cashier has very hard broken English and unprofessional manner that make much stronger dust to my nose. Try it if you will feel the paid jail look like

It's fine to just sleep. Don't expect any hospitality...or coffee. The coffee was empty. Just poured water....I saw no breakfast. Room was dirty. Tv was terrible. We didn't even shower there. Slept and left.

The hallway smelled horrible. There were holes burned into the sheets and blood stains on the curtains. The latch to block the door from being forced open was broken, obviously from being forced before, there were other guests smoking right outside the entrance and the window to our room. One guest asked me if I had baking soda as I walked by and it was obvious what he wanted it for. The A/C was turning on and off randomly in the room. The tv was old and had a very poor selection of channels.

They advertised breakfast, they dont offer that. When I showed the front desk whats on Expedia she laughed and said "we haven't made updates to the website".
Our first room had a stain that looked like blood on the bedding, so we switched rooms.
I wouldn't stay here again.

It was a very expensive room for a super eight motel and I was not impressed. The room was decent but as soon as you step out of your room, all you had were people smoking weed and everything else and that’s seeped into the room, so if that’s not your thing, I would suggesting somewhere else because that is what you smelled all night long I was not impressed. I needed a room in a bind and very quickly. I thought it would be a little bit better than what I paid for.

DO NOT GO THIS PROPERTY - DIRTY, SMELLS AWFUL, SMOKY - WAITED 30 MINUTES AND NO ONE SHOWED TO CHECK ME IN. WHEN I FINALLY GOT INTO ROOM (AFTER LEAVING FOR A FEW HOURS) THE ROOM WAS VERY, VERY GROSS. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER, NEVER GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT
