Pros:

Hotel was very clean. Loved that there was a restaurant and bar at the property. Nice snack shop too. Staff extremely friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Convenience, Great Staff
Pros:

Great location for UTK Parent's Weekend. The little market at the hotel is helpful and the staff is very kind. The bathroom door wouldn't close all the way and the toilet kept running, but I didn't bother making a report so no fault of the hotel.

The property was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful the location was fine. Not far from downtown Knoxville, but close to the highway so you could hear traffic and vehicles. Overall. It was a nice hotel.

Great location with restaurant and grocery store within walking distance. Pleasant sleeping. What I didn’t like is the fitted sheet didn't stay on the mattress and it looked worn. At first I thought the bed had not been changed. Suggest more thorough housekeeping inspections.

The only complaint I have is the room are kinda hot, the air could be better. Other than that it was great and the ladies at the desk are angels and super helpful.

The property was easy to find, the service desk was friendly and the room was spacious. We were tired when we arrived so we ate at the restaurant inside the hotel and the food was great and our waiter was super friendly. The downside was when I sit on the commode the seat would shift to one side or the other. We informed the front desk and hopefully this issue will be resolved.
