Staff are doing a very good job with an older facility, but I did feel the rate was a bit high.
Pros:

Staff were very nice and hurried to have our rooms ready. They'd experienced several hours without water, which put them behind, but they accommodated everyone as quickly as they could. The room, especially the bathroom, was very clean.

Cons:

The location, next to a freeway and a main street through town, is fairly noisy, but I can't fault the business for that. The property is obviously older, and I noticed some minor things in my room that could have been repaired, like where the TV cable ran through the wall, but everything worked.

Decent but not great
Cons:

The room wasn’t clean upon check in, there were coffee grounds and hair all over the floor from a previous guest. The room was never serviced during my week long stay, I had to request more towels because the shower sprayed puddles of water out of the shower and soaked the floor, I had to empty my own trash and the heating/cooling unit only worked for part of my stay.

Pros:

Location and check in staff were good

Cons:

The bed had stains all over the sheets. Human discharge. Blood and other fluids. Absolutely disgusting and beyond excusable. I say the stains on the bedding instantly upon walking in.

Wouldn't stay here again.
Pros:

Easy to see from the highway and it's next to a gas station.

Cons:

This place might have been nice in the 80's but now the floor is covered in pet hair, has stains everywhere. The place also smelled like pets have peed in the halls and rooms. Getting in to the parking lot is confusing as you have to go past it and do a u turn and drive through the gas station to get into the parking lot.

Pros:

Whole there were towels for 2, there was only 1 washcloth & we needed a washcloth to not only for our showers, but i needed one to create a moist heat on my eyes.
