Pros:

Close to IU.

Cons:

Horrible cigarette smell for a non smoking hotel. There were stains everywhere, most of my lights didn't even have light bulbs. The TV's coloring was very, off and it didn't work most the time. The AC unit had broken parts all over it, but it did work.

Nothing. I wasn’t able to get a room because I’m not 21 even tho I’m 18 and there was no disclaimer saying you have to be 21 to rent a room.

Lowest price compared with other hotels, I expected things not to be perfect, generally pleased
Pros:

The room itself was clean and comfortable and provided what I needed for the weekend

Cons:

A few things: The sink water never really got hot (I didn't try the shower); noisy neighbors down the hall at night (I brought my own fan to drown out noise and was glad I did); not really a problem for me personally, but there's no elevator; though signs say not to, guests prop the side doors open and that doesn't feel secure

You get what, you pay for.
Pros:

Room Not clean bed not made covers not washed carpet dirty, rude staff. What else would you expect? It’s super eight. Ran by Indians that had not changed their clothes. My room was entered when I left the bathrooms had a weird function where you couldn’t enter the shower without closing the bathroom door. It was pretty terrible. The location was even bad. It’s on a one-way.

Cons:

No water pressure and for some reason, the water felt icky. And you couldn’t enter the shower without closing the door to the restroom to get out the shower. You have to shut the door to get out the shower the free breakfast cereal no milk expired yogurt. My room was entered when I left. It needs a good deep cleaning. I mean like hot steam the curtains, Clorox bleach just bring your own cleaner.

Facility security and cleanliness was questionable. Soon after My credit card that I used was hacked.
