Pros:

The convivence on how close it was to IU

Cons:

The mattress needed to be softer & 4 pillows instead of 3 would of been helpful.

Lots of weird disrepair in the rooms. We were able to get some rest overnight though.
Pros:

It was a inexpensive hotel. It was an OK stay. Breakfast was available.

Cons:

The first room they put us in the toilette did not work (tank was almost empty of any water), so it would not flush. They moved us to another room. I had to use my pocketknife to pull the drain plug in the sink up, so it would drain. Half the plugs in the room did not seem to work, especially the plugs on the lamps. It was tough to charge our phones.

Biscuits and gravy was cold in the morning. Not a ton of variety at breakfast.

The guy at the desk was really rude and didn’t have a pool like it said online.
Pros:

I booked an appointment online said it had pool and it didn’t so I tried to get a refund at front desk, guy was extremely rude kept refusing to give me a refund told me to show him the proof of the hotel having a pool and a hotel and he said the “overhead doesn’t matter”. I had to pay a 200 dollar underage fee because I’m 18. He still kept saying no to the refund so I told him I was gonna have to call the police and he ended up giving me my money back by the end of it all but overall was a very bad experience I walked out of there sobbing and being made to feel stupid. The guy was not nice at all. I tried to be as nice as I could I was apologizing so much cause I felt so bad for even asking for a refund because I hate coming in conflict with people but this place does not have the right things I wanted. But moral of the story the guy was really rude and this on tonight on the 14th of March.

A clean place to rest.
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Room was clean (all surfaces were clean, including the mini-fridge). The price was fair. The towels were swapped out each day and the bed was made.

Cons:

It smelled like the room had been smoked in. It took about 10-15 minutes for the water of the sink and shower to get hot. There was no little coffee maker with the little coffee packets. There was no milk for the cereal at breakfast.

Pros:

It was in a convenient location and the staff was nice

Cons:

The fact that I don’t get my room cleaned the entire stay. No new towels, my bed didn’t get made, my trash didn’t get taken out. On the day of checkout they started knocking on my door at 10:30 while I was asleep telling me it was time to check out, I had requested late checkout at 1pm and that was granted. At 12;45 they started knocking again. Both times they woke me up after I had worked all night. I then had to work the next night on 2 hours of sleep. The breakfast was also disgusting

Pros:

Great for the price. Clean, comfortable, ac/heat worked great, staff was helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Only complaint is the bed was not a queen, they downsized to full size beds. & no elevator. But great option for an affordable stay!

Cons:

Front desk attendant was rude when I asked about the service animal form that it was personal and violated my HIPPA rights, she told me to stay somewhere else if I didn't like it. Room was gross. 3 lamps with very dim bulbs and holes in all three shades. Moth holes in curtains as well. Toilet didn't work either.
