I would come back again. I really appreciated the people at the front desk
Pros:

The receptionist was very kind and helpful. I really appreciated the shuttle service. The room was very nice

Pros:

Modern volt, volt (ingyenes) mosási lehetőség. A személyzet előzékeny volt.

IF staying in DC again, will likely consider other places to stay
Pros:

I uo travel extensively for business. I almost always stayed at Hamptons. This one was relatively easy to find.

Cons:

Desk clerk at check in was not particularly helpful. Using the URL code to pay for parking was problematic. Would have preferred to have the desk clerk add the charges to my folio instead of requiring me to add hotel WIFI to my phone, scan the code, add an APP and then input information required ( all of which the hotel already collected when taking my reservation) Would not have been an issue if the App would have worked on one of the first three tries. When I go to the room I discovered some one had used the water closet and not flushed . Made me question the overall cleanliness of the room

Not worth the value. Gross room. Not clean. There are better places to stay

It was close to downtown. Close to shops and food

Cons:

We were not told about the STEEP parking fee before arriving. If we had known we would not have stayed there. Wasn’t worth the value. Our toilet was cracked. Beds were uncomfortable. Shower was clogged and would not drain from the very beginning and there was what appeared to be a blood smear on the bathroom door. We even believe we had bed bugs in our room. After a couple of days we were covered in bites and couldn’t wait to leave. I wish we could’ve afforded to cancel and book somewhere else. Never again. Staff were also unhelpful and not very friendly. Breakfast was great. My son loved the waffles. Pool was a huge disappointment as well.

Location was excellent, parking was also very good, snack and drink machines available

Cleanliness was not great. Bathroom wall had something on it not sure what.

Hotel con tutte le comodità. Ampie le camere e letti di ottima qualità. Peccato non avere le pulizie giornaliere. Servizio navetta x la stazione centrale inclusa

Nice room and staff, but noisy location.
Pros:

Room was nice and good value for the money.

Cons:

It was noisy. My room overlooked a very busy road and train tracks. Hotel vehicle entrance was challenging as it was very narrow and one way off of a very busy road.

Pleasant stay thanks to the lovely front desk staff.
Pros:

The staff was super friendly. I particularly liked the lady that checked us in. She's relatively new to her job but nonetheless very professional, cordial and kind.

Cons:

In all honesty, my husband and I thought that the room had a strange smell. We are almost sure it came from the carpet. Everything else seemed clean enough.
