I just rented a room for one day overnight stay with my grandchildren for the swimming pool. The hotel itself was OK pretty decent for the price. The only complaint I had is the breakfast sucked. It was one of the worst continental breakfast I had experienced! besides that Everything else was OK.

The room was fine and the beds comfy. Our only issue was that no one checked in on us after the power went out. I guess that was just surprising because safety of guests should be top of the list. Once our phones died while we were sleeping, we had no light in the room other than the lightning that woke us up. Then it was just dark. The people in the room next to us were so angry and cussing. It was just uncomfortable and I would have loved someone to offer a flashlight or at least let us know everything is okay. The three times we want to the desk, no on was there.
All that being said, beds were comfy and the hotel looked clean and nice. The weather was an anomaly, but maybe some things could be done better next time.

Smell of the hotel was unbearable.

Hello,

The hotel had a very strong bad smell in both the rooms and the hallway. my own smell even worse, and my linen did not smell clean. I went to the customer service counter to explain to the staff that the smell was very strong and to go check it please. The staff said he was going to check it. No one ever rejected it. The smell continued, and it was very unbearable. I am requesting a refund due to the uncomfortable stay and no one helping.

The faucet on bathroom sink would not shut off when you were finished. Ran approximately 5 minutes after you left bathroom.

Pros:

Thoroughly enjoyed location. Arrived after 730pm and convenient eateries to walk to eat. Early breakfast service greatly appreciated-especially on Sunday. Only issue was leaking toilet in the morning--reported it as we left.

Room was clean on arrival. Stayed for two nights and the room was never touched. Had to ask for replacement coffe and glasses. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast. Parking was ample.
