Overall, a very good and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Easy check-in and check-out. Very clean room and lots of parking available.

Cons:

Hotel is showing it's age. Parking should have been free, paying $20 plus HST for one night takes away from the value proposition.

Some daytime construction noise. Area not so wonderful, but a quick walk(20 min) to attractions.

Camera este mare, curată, cu paturi si perne confortabile.

Cons:

Parcarea nu este gratuită (inclusa in pretul camerei), ci taxata extra (la pret dublu sau triplu fata de parcarile din zona). Chiuveta este amplasata in camera (la fel si cada), nu in baie.

Pros:

The staff were very accommodating and welcoming. Upon our arrival, we noticed the AC unit was very noisy (maybe not to the average person but to me it was and I need a good night's sleep lol) I called the front desk and they had a maintenance guy come check it out. He was very friendly and replaced the AC unit with a brand new one which exceeded our expectation. The property itself is nice and the room was clean. It was quiet during the night (once the AC unit was replaced) and the hotel is only 15-20 minutes walking to Clifton Hill. There was plenty of parking as well and if the lot gets full, they have another parking lot that is about a 2 minute walk from the entrance of the hotel.
I would stay here again!
