There is no elevator in the building, the comforter had stains on it, the shower filthy and still had hair in it. I paid $140 for a single queen bed and a disgusting room.

Je ne ferai plus affaire avec Booking.com. L’hôtel n’est pas en cause

L’établissement n’est pas en cause. Pour deux nuits, j’ai payé plus de 1800 CAD. Je me suis rendu compte en arrivant que non seulement j’ai été frustré et j’avais vraiment le sentiment d’avoir été floué:
- impossibilité d’annuler ma réservation
- le prix était très excessif par rapport à la qualité de l’hôtel qui était tout au plus un 2 étoiles
- les prix affichés le jour de notre arrivée à l’hôtel étaient trois fois inférieurs

Pour toutes ces raisons et malgré que je suis votre client depuis assez longtemps, j’ai décidé de ne plus faire affaire avec vous.

I did understand the kiosk machine were u talk to a person though a computer it didn't make it a homie feeling and sure wasn't comfortable giving my information to someone that was in a computer kiosk.

The physical staff that wasn't on the kiosk were amazing however that kiosk is a joke I will never stay there again as you only had staff physically there until 12

Cons:

The kiosk is a joke it doesn't actually tell you what the people are saying and you only had physical staff til 12 not to mention i got moved to a queen bed after part of the ceiling fell on me and had mold in the tub I will not stay there again due to the kiosk and issue with room

This was NOT wroth the price that they charge. I needs A LOT of updates.
Pros:

The front desk staff lady was very nice. She helped us out with all the questions that we had. We also like that it was on Noland Road, near a QT.

Cons:

That it did not have a elevator. The place was dirty all around. That the light in our bathroom flickered every time we turned it on. The shower needed some updates. When we walked in the room that it smelled very bad that I had to spray for breeze in the A/C unit
