Easy to find. Staff helpful.

Cons:

Bed too high for us. We had trouble getting on it. Toilets definitely to low. Made more for a child to use than adults.

Our bathroom floor was dirty. Heating vents were rusty. Thin walls - very noisy.

The room had a very bad smell. And there was still stuff left in the room from the previous guests. The tv quality was horrible. And the beds were uncomfortable

Close to the ice rink

Cons:

I felt like it was a place for the homeless to gather,, rooms were not clean, horrible smell, literal crap smeared on the wall.

Cons:

Facilities and location met expectations. I didn't appreciate the price being significantly higher than my booking price. I listed I had a pet (very small dog) but at check in an additional fee was applied per day that was about 40 percent of my booking fee. I questioned it and she said it is policy. So list it on booking. Knowing this up front I might have chose another option. I left a day early.
