Run down,tiles cracked in bathroom, stain on ceiling, stain on sheets,room smelled, holes in towel.

Excellent location
I am handicap and the room was supposed to be a handicap room. However it didn’t have a walk-in shower only a tub with grab bars. For me traveling alone was to much of a challenge that I didn’t want to take. Otherwise everything was great
It doesn't make sense to put all your info in for the online "ahead of time" check in when it doesn't all show up on their end.
1 working light by the bed, outlet wouldn't hold any plugs, broken switch plates tub ceramic coating is coming off, fan wouldn't stay on for the air conditioning too mask noise for the dog to stay quiet.

Staff was nice, let me check in a little early, quiet, comfortable bed.
smelled like mold, dirty bathroom stuff all over the floor
Room must been smoking room as lots of things were yellow and smelled like it. The walls were damaged. Door wouldn't close tightly. Bed was hard like sleeping on the floor. Tub was horrible. Grass needed mowed, trash cans around properity needed empty over flowing.
The bathroom was so dirty, I was afraid to bathe there. I didn't want to take my son there for safety reasons and to prevent him from contracting bacteria.
