Virtual concierge was stupid idea; not very clean
Check in was with a KIOSK with a live teller somewhere else in the country while a front desk clerk stared us down from behind plexiglass. We already were sketched out by this interaction. The room smelt terrible, like mildew, while the whole room felt humid and sticky no matter whether we had the air on or off. There was mold in the bathroom. An old Sprite can was left in the room from a previous user. The first night, we needed extra towels and we went to ask the front desk clerk. He had his feet out in the air and was ASLEEP! We tapped on the glass and couldn’t get him to wake up. Terrible service and the room was disgusting. Oh and no hot water in the shower during our whole stay.
Very local to other restaurants good pricing and very clean
The hallway had quite an odor to it on the first couple days we were there and the room had a consistent odor that we actually got some room spray to put in for when we were in the room. The other thing was everything was done through the electronic check in and even though there was a person that was behind the desk the morning I went to add a room that I still had to speak to the person in the machine so it was less personable and very electronic based. So the the meeting with staff you really don't have a staff connection at all.

The location was excellent. The room seemed to have been cleaned well.
The beds and pillows were not very comfortable. Only two towels and wash cloths were provided for a family of 4. We were checked into the hotel via a KIOSK and from an online interaction. This did not make us feel the safest about our stay, and there was no one to ask about getting more towels/wash cloths. When checking out online, it asked if we wanted to "tip" the staff... we literally saw NO staff on site, so that was laughable.

Not exactly what I would term a breakfast. The coffee was good.

Dirty and very suspicious. They had many waterproof mattress covers on the beds. The shower head was so damaged it would break if pushed on.

The breakfast has no meat or eggs. It’s a non smoking facility with homeless people sleeping in the hallways

The area is attracting problem people. ( The Zona Rosa is right north and attracting homeless )
1) Saw / listened to drug addicts ( Meth heads ) have argument right outside property, ( on sidewalk - 1500 in the afternoon ).
2) 2 different homeless persons outside ( behind back entrance ) When I came out, they quickly disappeared.
Didn't say anything etc. but disappeared when I was getting into my vehicle. ( 30 seconds )
