Pros:

It was near archives.

Cons:

Room smelled and barely clean. The people above me jumped and banged for four hours. Not sure how anyone can do that but I had to move rooms to be able to sleep.

My stay was regretting.
Pros:

The beds were small. It wasn't what they said the beds are. The channels for the TV was very poor. The picture was not clear and many times the picture froze and became still.

Cons:

I don't like that there wasn't any ironing board so my clothes were not ironed. Breakfast was very poor. The sitting area for breakfast was very small so I have to take my breakfast to the room to eat. Also I have to wait in line to make my coffee. The TV usage was unsatisfactory.

Pros:

El desayuno es tipo continental (autoservicio): cafeteras con café y agua caliente para preparar té, jugos de máquina dispensadora de naranja o manzana, bagels y muffins.
Hay vending machines pero se desabastecen con rapidez.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado está programado muy frío, por lo que las sábanas y la cubrecama delgada no alcanzan a calentar lo suficiente. ¡Tuve que apagar el aire acondicionado en la madrugada!

I am demanding a full refund for this stay.
Pros:

I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. My experience was unacceptable from the moment I arrived, and the conditions made it impossible for me to safely remain in the room.

First, my room key did not work properly, which caused repeated inconvenience. When I was finally able to enter the room, I discovered that the door would not lock securely, creating a serious safety concern. In addition, there was no heat in the room, making the stay uncomfortable and unacceptable.

I requested to be moved to another room, but the staff refused to change my room despite the clear problems. I was also told that breakfast would be available, yet no breakfast was provided as promised. Throughout the night, people were knocking on my door, which made the situation even more disturbing and prevented me from getting any rest.

Because of these conditions, I did not sleep at all and did not feel safe staying in the hotel. The next morning, I returned the room keys and informed the manager that I could not stay under those circumstances. Instead of resolving the issue, the manager refused to cancel the stay and would not issue a refund.

Given the unsafe room, lack of basic services, refusal to move me, and the distress caused during the night, I am demanding a full refund for this stay. The level of service I received was completely unacceptable, and I expect this matter to be corrected immediately.

Please respond promptly with confirmation that my refund is being processed.

It was short but such a fun time.
Pros:

It was very quiet and staff was friendly. It was very easy to find. The dinner right next to the hotel had good food.

Cons:

Only thing that i didnt like was the wifi was very weak and kept going in and out. Other then that i couldnt think of anything else.
