It wasnt too pricey
Horrible beds
The location is great.
There were cockroaches. The place was run down. We switched rooms because of bugs,mold,and food on the floor. I don't think they have a vacuum. Would not recommend it to anyone. Just sleep in your car I'm sure it's cleaner. AI does wonders for pictures the swimming pool looked like it got vacuumed as much as the hotel. They also tried to charge me again after I already paid Booking. I ended up getting a reimbursement thankfully. Spend the extra money and get a better place.
It was affordable
The 1st room smelled humid and cigarettes and then we got moved to another room and thats where we found the roaches in the bathroom.
Location is perfect, just 13 min walk to Oak Park Mall where u got all kinds of shops.
Unbeatable price during World Cup weekend.
We were allowed early check-in before 1pm without extra fee!
It will be perfect if there were some more varieties in breakfast, for example, fruit like banana, and hot chocolate!

Hice una reserva de una habitación para 5 adultos y habían únicamente 2 camas queen size. Bajé a reclamar para ver si podían agregarme un colchón o un sillón y me dijeron que no. Tuvieron que dormir 3 personas en una cama queen.
El hotel lo reservé únicamente para dormir, llegamos cerca de las 12 de la noche y nos fuimos a las 6am. Lo único que necesitaba era que cada uno tenga un lugar para dormir.
The stairs
Absolutely terrible hotel. We booked a 3 night stay and only stayed one night. We had dead spiders in the bed, so they moved us to a different room, the next room had no electricity and was unfinished, there was a ladder in the shower and other tools. Finally moved us again but the pillows we’re disgusting, there was hair and stains on the pillows so we asked for extra sheets and they told us no, I had to fight tooth and Mail to get clean sheets and pillow cases. I spoke with at least 3 different reps that we wanted to cancel and said they would take care of it, so we left the next morning and booked a different hotel.
I have been trying to speak with a manager for a week about my refund and they don’t want to refund us for the nights we didn’t stay. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone absolutely terrible!!

Nous avons réservé pour 5, il n y avait que 4 couchages dans la chambre. L'accueil n'a pas pu nous délivrer une autre chambre. Nous avons dormi à 5 dans 2 lits. Il y avait des cafards dans la chambre et la salle de bain, et sous le lit se trouvait au sol des biscuits (pour chien). Nous avons demandé un balai à la réception pour nettoyer. D autre part, une rallonge se trouvait entourée autour du coffre avec fils apparents. Nous avons des photos à disposition....
It was not as bad as some of the reviews had said, but it was not good. The rooms were small but adequate size for our needs. The floor had not been vacuumed. Waffles were the only hot item on the breakfast and the room was not attended to keep items supplied.
