Pros:

Not really anything.

Cons:

The mattress was bulging on the side and it was in poor condition. The towel rack was missing from the wall. They stuck a weird rack in the bathroom to hold towels and it was rusted. The ceilings were stained. The bathtub was stained. The bathroom light fixture was rusted. The bodywash dispenser in the shower was not working or empty. The complimentary breakfast was minimal and disappointing. The screen on the window was missing.

When I drove up to the hotel I wasn’t sure I wanted to stay there. I wasn’t sure it was safe by the looks of the outside. It was fine but a lot of activity all night long in the hallway.

Cons:

I only chose the hotel because of the continental breakfast that was complementary and promised hot food. There was no hot food. It seemed extremely pricey for what I get.

I will not be staying there again unless they do a total update

Cons:

It was so worn down, the carpet had a huge hole on it. The refrigerator was rusted and barely put out any cold and the air conditioner sound was like a car running up in my room. I told the front desk about the issues and nothing happened. They said they knew it.

I HAD PAID BOOKING.COM FOR THIS ROOM, WHEN I GOT THERE TO CHECK IN THE CLERK COULD NOT FIND WHERE I HAD PAID, I HAD MY RECEIPTS TOO, SHE CHARGED ME $84.15 ON MY CREDIT CARD BESIDES ME PAYING BOOKING.COM SAYING I WOULD BE REIMBURSED. NEVER REIMBURSED HAD TO FILE A DISPUTE ON MY CREDIT CARD. CRAZY, CALLED SUPER 3 DIFFERENT TIMES NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN OR USE BOOKING.COM
