Was dirty had to clean the bathroom and wipe off the tables snd end tables.People made noise all around

It was rough off the get go. Smelled like smoke as soon as you walked in. The receptionist was acting very weird, acted like she was on meth. About 5 minutes after I got into my room, two guys were yelling at each other and threatening to fight one another. Room was not clean. There was a chair that originally had electric controls to kick out the footrest, but that was not working and didn’t even have an electrical plug to plug in. Very rough- certainly won’t be staying there again.

There were gnats in the room. Card key reader didn't work but once out of 10 tries. Smoking rooms are only on the third floor but there's no elevator so I had to get a room for non-smoking. Room was clean but definitely need upgrades. Wi-Fi was iffy

Minimal room

Dirty, stunk, ugly, smelly, it was so smoke scented and was a no smoking room. That was after we had to change rooms because they couldnt get the key to work in first room. I thought we had stayed in the worst ever in Atchison, Ks. This one is now the worst and nastiest.......winner winner chickenn dinner.

My wife and I stayed here after a football game in Columbia, MO instead of going back to St. Louis, MO that night. Looking through some of the reviews, I decided to book this hotel due to the inexpensive costs and several positive reviews (in comparison to hotels in the Columbia/Kingdom City, MO area). The hotel is in an area close to the interstate highway, but it was very outdated (hard bed, no iron, old towels, etc.). Even though we were only there approximately 10 hours (for a quick overnight stay), it was below the standard of other hotels that I have booked.

There were stains on the towels and shower curtain. The pillowcases were yellow. The property was truly disappointing.

Where do I begin…. The front desk was friendly but very slow. As soon as you walk in, the smell of old mildew and cigarettes was all over the building. The carpet was dirty in the hallways. When we entered the room, it smelled of smoke, and mildew. The carpets look like they have not been cleaned in years. The curtain was falling apart and had holes in them. The fridge was dirty, the little lamp about the desk was creapy, and the bathroom was filthy. Towels looked like it needed to be washed more.

Motel felt like there was something wrong with it. I fell on my back not sure what happened coming out of the bathroom. Had a gash on my forehead.

I would like a refund because this was not worth the stay. It was just a terrible experience coming from California.

Bedding was stained and dirty. The "white" towels were a shade of grey and had stains on them. Overall cleanliness was extremely poor.

Property room stains everywhere; building needs a rehab! Still has “Super 8” floor mats, property pretty dated.

For one night it was fine, but we didnt even want to stay for showers.

No hot water no soap bed wasn’t the best either

Tried calling to confirm reservation-repeatedly no answer. Person at front desk with no teeth. Room had only 1 trash can. Toilet had poop stain on floor. Tub and sink were brown-need a good bleaching or some CLR for hard water stains. There were drips of dirt on the wall by the towel rack. Towels were dingy-not very white. Walls needed repair-a lot of chips or black streaks. Got a better price by $20 on line than what was offered at front desk-had been told $54 when called to book, when checking in told $65 plus tax so over $70.

Bed was surprisingly soft and comfy. Room was clean. Water was hot. Fridge cold. Towels rough and dingy. Basic needs for a hotel. No breakfast. Lobby smelled bad. Air conditioner cold. Sheets thin, but nice pillows and a recliner.

Hotel was conveniently to the interstate. Staff was great and room was ok. There were not enough outlets to charge my devices. The lamp was not working as it was unplugged. When I pushed away the bed to find the outlet there were 2 dead bugs and dust. The room was HOT when I got inside, not a pleasant welcoming after a long days ride.

Although this room met our most basic needs for the night, we will not stay here again. The motel was not customer-friendly. The lobby was not air conditioned and therefore not inviting at all. The room needed some serious deep cleaning, especially in the bathroom. The room took a long time to cool down because the air conditioning wasn't even plugged in when we got to the room. The chain lock was missing from the room door, so we were concerned about safety. In addition, the front door into the motel was not locked at night.

The staff was amazing the room was nice
