It was really dirty… the showers look disgusting… the toilet seat was broken…. I had to buy air freshener to be able to sleep in the room due to smell. The door was unlocked the entire night. Not safe… I couldn’t wait to leave. There was no breakfast and the staff warned me not to drink the coffee… it was that bad
All offered were a few granola bars, pot regular coffee, dry creamer and water.

The lady at the front desk was pleasant and helpful
The place was really run down, website said breakfast but all that was out was a few cereal bars that looked older than dirt. No elevator and mostly no maid service

It was really fun down. Water fixture fell apart first time turning it on. Shower curtain was shredded.
Location was close to cunningham falls and catoctin.
Staff was rude and unprofessional. There was 4 of us and we were given the standard 2 towels. Asked for 2 more. Once those were used, we wanted to exchange them for clean ones the next day since we were in town for 3 days. Couldn't find any Staff but saw the maintenance man smoking by the front door and asked if he could help. He didn't acknowledge me. After ringing the bell for about 10 minutes, a lady with a weed shirt came and after a short debate agreed to give new towels. They looked dirty. So did the bedding so we went out and bought our own. Advertised continental breakfast but didn't even have coffee. Just some old stale raisin brand cereal. Appeared to have people living there. Hallway is filthy and smells like smoke. Room was not very clean. Extremely dissatisfied to have spent over $100 per night just to be treated like am inconvenience...

I don't believe there was any breakfast. The concierge was friendly. The room was clean and spacious
The stairs were dirty, my sister and I are in our 80s - we were surprised there was no elevator. I had to lug both of our suitcases up the stairs to our room.
The location was good and the desk clerk, Scott, was friendly and accommodating.

I booked my reservation online. When I showed up at the hotel there was absolutely nobody around to check me in. Plus there was another man waiting in the lobby who said he had been there for an hour and didn't not see anybody that worked there.
The location to restaurants and grocery stores and the funeral I was attending
No breakfast or coffee. No one at the front desk any time of day or night. no one answered at the front desk for pillows and more towels. No secure lock doors to get into the hotel as you were supposed to use your key card to get in, but the door was unlocked at all times. Other guests were also complaining about no breakfast or coffee as advertised and that is one of the reasons why I picked that hotel.
