We walked in and my grandson said it is moist in here.the floors were sweating for some reason and the beds also felt damp. Not sure if it was from the a/c being on and humidity

A Very Lousy Morning!

The screaming, cussing, & fighting straight across from me that woke me up! I tried telling the front desk lady but I didn't get any satisfaction there! She didn't care much at all! I asked to speak to Corporate & she said "There is NO corporate for Super 8 of Joplin Missouri!

Close, but still fell short.
Pros:

Friendliness of the workers, the maids were more than helpful. They are not responsible for things management had not furnished.

Cons:

No non skilled materials in the tub making showering more dangerous than necessary.
Front desk staff could be more welcoming, and friendly. Plumbing needs to be inspected. It's not draining properly when there are more guests present in the building.

A Great 2 night stay!
Pros:

Pricing, amenities, and staff were exceptionally great!

Cons:

The homeless walking around & living behind the facility. I was more concerned about my vehicle being vandalized. Luckily the sheriff made his/her rounds regularly so I felt pretty safe!
