Enjoyed the staff, location, hot shower, cold aircon. Did not enjoy limited breakfast options, bad wifi, stiff bed
Pros:

Best thing about this property, as with most stays in PH, is the staff. The staff were absolutely wonderful and hospitable, assisted me in tenting a scooter and were very attentive to the room. Highlights of the property for me is that it is not in the city center so the traffic coming and going is manageable even though the road is going through construction. Walkable to restaurants / coffee shops etc. The shower was super hot. Actually too hot if you can believe it, and I had a hard time finding the right place as it was either scalding hot or freezing cold. Speaking of freezing cold, the room had a very nice air con that instantly cooled off the space.

Cons:

The price for what you get feels very steep to be honest. For almost 3k per night perhaps I am wrong but I expected more. 25 pesos per water bottle is obviously not a lot, but if you’re paying 2850 for the room it feels silly to charge for water. Speaking of up charges, there is a nespresso machine which is obviously a great perk, but they will bill you 100php per capsule. There is a hot pot so you can buy powdered coffee yourself but I found it odd the only direct option for in room coffee was the nespresso pods that came with an upcharge. The pillows on the bed were great, but the bed itself was pretty stiff and bad. The TV in the room is not a smart TV and has I think 3 local channels. This is not a big deal because why do you come to this beautiful country to lay in bed and watch tv, however movie night in bed could be a fun option which is not possible here. The WiFi is also very very bad. The speed of the WiFi is good, but staying connected to the signal from your room is near impossible. One single AP perhaps in the dining area could fix this for the property. Anyways at the end of the day maybe I am being ridiculous but for the price it seemed like it was lacking in some rather basic staples you’d expect.

Nice, unique stay right near the center of Dipolog
Pros:

Great breakfast. It's really nice to have it handmade for you and to eat it in the nice outdoor patio area. Sitting up on the balcony reading is also really relaxing, though be aware the street out front is quite busy and noisy.

Cons:

Looked like there was only cable TV, which wasn't interesting. And the channel list paper appeared to be incorrect.

Made a positive difference to my Dipolog Stay
Pros:
