The breakfast bag was satisfactory.
The location is poor as it is not near restaurants or shopping areas. The room had many poor features. Upon arrival the window curtains were literally torn from the wall. It was clear that several attempts to fix this problem failed as evidenced with long exposed screws and torn drywall. The outlet strip behind the television was overloaded with devices: the microwave, tv, lights, and refrigerator. The bed clearly needed replaced as the center portion sagged significantly. I awoke with a backache. The garbage can lacked a plastic bag. The bathroom lacked a shower curtain. The entry door had large dents.
Location good. Service great and courteous
Don’t think it was ready for customers. I had two rooms. We had to be moved three times to get a room we could stay in. For the price certainly not worth the stay. We should get a rebate of some sort.
Affordable and comfortable
It's a truck stop.
The front desk gentleman was very nice and helpful. He made himself available to help with the room.
There was small piles of curly hair on the floor, the smell was old and the room was stated as accessible to a wheel chair but deffinately was not.
Very comfortable beds & pillows. Not fancy but comfy.
It looks like the room was recently remodeled which was lovely.
The wifi did not work consistently

Couldn’t check in on time, was after 5 before the room was ready.
Stay far away from this motel!!! Had to move every night. Sewage coming up in the bath first room. Shower didn't work in the next room. TV didn't work in the next room with a fiimtted sheet for a curtain. Shower didn't work in the next room. Key cards didn't work for all guest for three days. No one ever at the front desk to even let you in to your room. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of Super8 Lewiston Idaho!! Oh all that for the sweet price of 168$ a night!!!!!!
Free wifi was broken was expecting this. The door dead bolt lock would work correctly so couldn't lock door. Breakfast was a microwaveable breakfast burrito (no plates to heat on too).
We didn't spend much time there. The staff was really nice and friendly.
I didn't like that it was under construction and pretty messy. Our TV didn't work. Our microwave was placed where it was not able to be plugged in. I had to move it in order to use it.
Close to Highway
Rooms were not well cleaned although bedding was. TV didn’t work properly. The staff had to move us to another room rather switch the TV. Staff was nice about the situation the entire time. They do NOT have any breakfast items other than coffee, like they advertise.
Access to the building was ok. Desk clerks were very nice and doing the best they could considering what they had to deal with.
When we got there, there was a lot of pounding and banging noise. There was a small crew renovating some rooms on the main floor. one was across from our room. When we opened the door the room was small. I saw right away that the trash cans were NOT emptied; living area and bath. The bed pillows looked wrinkled. May have been used, but I didn't know. The floors were dirty, hadn't been vacuumed! Bathroom looked cleaned but the floor was dirty. There was NO roller for the toilet paper. We had to ask for one. Both faucets were dripping badly!
The TV didn't turn on. The remote was missing the battery cover and the batteries were taped in with masking tape. My husband took it out to the desk clerk. She took one from the TV in the entry area, checked if it worked, it did and brought it to our room. It didn't turn on the TV either. She finally turned it on manually using the buttons on the back of the TV. Obviously the TV was broken. We could change channels but that's all. I had to use the buttons on the back for volume, on/off. THE WORST PART IS THAT IN THAT TOWN WE HAD TO PAY OVER $280.00 FOR ONE NIGHT!!!!!
We should have immediately requested a different room!!!. The only chair in the room was a desk chair without any vinyl on it just the bare cloth underneath, and the air cylinder didn't work.; when you sat it would go clear to the bottom and go up if you got out. very uncomfortable!
We had driven over 10 hours that day and were exhausted. The bed was not at all comfortable! The WORST HOTEL ROOM WE'VE EVER STAYED IN.... We should get a refund. We've stayed in Super 8's before, some not good, 1 or 2 were fairly decent. This was the very worst! They shouldn't have even rented a room in this condition!
We've had left but the Hotels in the area were pretty full and even more expensive than this Super 8 POS.
You can see why they were renovating. It is an older hotel I guess that was badly in need of updates.
Room recently refitted. Clean and comfortable. Good bed. Easy access to the beautiful trail along the river.
Breakfast was small, but they warn you up front. Better than no breakfast at all
It was fairly clean.
Upon arrival for our two night stay, I was told that the TV in the room wasn’t working and that at check out we would receive a discount or points. We get into the room and the microwave and fridge also do not work. We relayed all of this information and were told that we were made aware of this at check in and would not be receiving anything.
We reserved a handicap accessible room almost a year before and it wasnt available because the hotel had let another guest extend their stay. My husband had a stroke and needs handicap aids. All the other hotels in the area had no vacancy so we stayed but he had a lot of trouble and almost fell in the shower.
There were many other problems with the room.
We were staying 2 nights and were given one towel and washcloth each. Not enough.
