Nice

Typical old, low traffic, budget stay.

Room is in need of repairs, walls cracking, heater worked but some plastic was damaged, bathroom fixtures damaged, bathroom door wouldn't close,some light fixtures not working, etc.

It was ok, great value.

When I arrive to stay, they tell me that there is no room available.

Excellent place to spend the night during a long road trip.

Arrived and was told my King room wasn't available due to maids not working on holidays, rooms are below average not well taken care of and had planned to take pets but glad i didn't as they charge $20 per pet to stay

Wanted to stay close to highway for few hours to rest and resume so it’s worth money since other places in same area were double in price. Place is not fancy and so much outdated and so many broken things but bed were comfortable.. bathroom was clean and that’s was we needed

The room smelled moldy and every surface was filthy.

This was an inexpensive hotel, but it was obvious that owner, manager, and staff take no pride in the hotel. The room had dirty walls and carpet. The bathroom floor was damp and slippery. The bathrub/shower had rust stains and a dirty molding looking drain. Needless to say, I did not shower. Due to the dirty condition of the hotel, I was hesitant to try breakfast. The dining area was cleaner than my room. Breakfast was prepackaged cinnamon rolls, yogurt, canned grape and apple juice, and coffee. The coffee was tepid, weak, and stale tasting. I recommend everyone avoid the Super 8 in Hope,
Arkansas.

Bed, lobby, and breakfast area were all fine. Room (#103) needs maintenance, but scrape the rust off door jams and paint, remove moldy caulking from tub and recaulk, cut out the one worn carpet spot in from of sink and replace with corner patch, and run the vacuum in non- high-traffic areas every once in a while. My guess is they don't have a maintenance person on staff, but only hire on an "as-needed' basis. The cost was outstanding! I don't look for perfection, only excellence. Outside area is fine as are the areas I mentioned above. I would stay here again, hoping they take my suggestions, which I don't consider major repairs.. No bugs, overall a good feeling when I first entered the room. Really nice refrigerator and M/w!

I booked 12 night's here because when I googled it they were supposed to be in Cove AR. However, when I got to cove, there was no hotel, turns out it was almost 2 hours away. I tried to cancel my booking, but they wont answer the phone, i had 5 different people trying to contact them for the better part of a week, nobody ever got an answer. So i was told there was nothing the booking service could do and i was just out $700. I eventually had to get my bank involved and dispute the charges. It took over a week and I never got a refund from super 8 hope. I think they know exactly what they're doing, because they have a different number to make reservations, but they have a separate number for cancelations that they mysteriously never answer. Very shady businesses practice

Older facility that could stand some upgrade

Room had musty odor and spider webs in corner..

Peeling wallpaper, empty pool, and a generally decrepit property. Christmas tree still up in the dining area in mid-September. Breakfast was cold prepackaged items. One redeeming item - room and bath was clean.

I actually never checked in. I frove around tge entire buildings. There was nasty looking stuff on the back side of the dingy curtains that faced the window. It turned my stomach. It made me feel unsafe about even going in the hotel for fear of bugs or mold or even worse. I did not see any of the rooms or even the lobby because I never went in. I just wasted $40 . I ended up staying at the Best Western which was very clean and pleasant smelling. They also hD a good free breackfast and all of the staff was super nice. Please avoid the Super 8 in Hope Arkansas. Also if you try to put the address in your GPS it trys to take you way out of the way almost to Mena. I am thankful I knew my way to Hope.

Cleaning

Older hotel / room was clean & beds were comfortable. Pool area was a mess!
