Cleanliness ,breakfast, staff
Bath towels were frayed on the ends with long strings.
The breakfast was good and they had a great variety of items. As a family we like to sleep in & we arrived at breakfast 10 minutes before it ended and everything was still hot, and well stocked!!! The staff was very pleasant and accommodating, they went above and beyond to help our stay an enjoyable one. Best Western will be my go-to place to stay, 10 out of 10 (my fur baby enjoyed it too :-)!!!

It was close to where I was going.
There was I think a humidifier in the room that when it turned on it was very loud and woke us up. What was the purpose of that in the room? And it said on it don’t turn off.

There was mold on the tub caulking. Not enough light in the bathroom. Staff was courteous, but rather business- like. Pillows were not very comfortable.

There was dog hair on our comforter, it smelled horrible walking in (smelled like wet dog) if it hadn’t been so late I would have left. The desk was filthy, the bathroom soap dispenser was hanging off the wall, the door was disgusting. It was as if no one cleaned it and because the room was so gross I didn’t want to eat their breakfast. For paying 500 dollars it was disgusting. We won’t be staying again nor recommending.
