Cons:

My nephew was kick out because he did'nt want to give his room number to the clerk when other people was at the desk.
They accuse him he was stealing coffee, very very rude people. I was hung up on three times, i called Wyndam to file a complaint. And I still haven't recieved my refund of the days he did not use.

Pros:

The room was very clean and the smell was delightful. I haven’t been to this location in a long period of time and I see a good change. I personally left a tip. When I stepped in the room, it was very cool and delightful.. They must have a new owner or management because I will be coming back.

This was, without question, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was filthy, and I even encountered bedbugs, which made the stay completely unacceptable. The hallways constantly smelled like marijuana, creating an unpleasant environment, and the lighting throughout the property was dim and poorly maintained. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was an extremely disappointing experience, and I will never stay here again.

Staff is friendly and the room should have been ready for the next tenant

Cons:

The water faucet in the bathroom for the tub is loose and falls off.. The previous tenant left stuff behind so it looked like the room needed to be cleaned for the next tenant.

All in all, I would give it a 7 out of 10
Pros:

The general layout of the room was fine and the bathroom was decent.

Cons:

The refrigerator door was cracked on the inside at the bottom. One of the bedside lamps didn't work, nor did the provided USB plugs, as they were cracked. The other lamp shade was split on one corner.
