Un buon soggiorno!
Pros:

Struttura in pieno centro tra Galata e Karakoy e attaccata a tutti i mezzi di trasporto. Sono due strutture una antica dove si trova anche la colazione e una più moderna. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nella prima

Cons:

La colazione non è a buffet ma viene integrata con un ordine alla carta. Avevo preso la camera con terrazzo e invece (magari per poca osservazione mia) avevamo una verandina chiusa senza possibilità di aprire le finestre. Anche la dimensione della camera me l’aspettavo più grande

Éramos 4 personas. Reservamos dos habitaciones y me cobraron por 2 desayunos porque decía que solo estaba incluido un desayuno por habitación. En este caso booking estuvo muy mal. Mandé muchos mensajes para que me lo resuelvan pero no tuve ni una sola respuesta por parte de booking , no es culpa del hotel. Es culpa de booking.

Buena ubicación pero falta mejorar atención y limpieza

Buena ubicación en la zona de Galata y muy fácil para cruzar a Sultanhamed tanto caminando como en tranvía.

Cons:

No me gustó la atención de la recepción. Faltaba experiencia y práctica.
Las habitaciones estaban ordenadas pero faltaba limpieza. Mucho polvo y restos en el piso. Inclusive se olvidaban de poner papel higiénico y toallas y había que reclamar.
El desayuno se servía en otro edificio a dos cuadras y eso era un poco incómodo.

O hotel tem uma localização muito conveniente para conhecer os principais pontos turísticos de Istambul, e o quarto é espaçoso e de bom tamanho

Cons:

No entanto, o isolamento acústico é fraco: havia bastante barulho vindo da rua, incluindo música de bares próximos, alarmes e outros ruídos durante a noite.

A cama também deixou a desejar. O colchão não era confortável e os travesseiros eram apenas medianos, o que prejudicou a qualidade do sono. O banheiro é adequado, embora não tenha janela, e o café da manhã é bastante mediano.

Wir hatte einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und es war immer eine Freude im Hotel eine Pause zu machen. Sehr, sehr angenehm
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt. Sehr ruhig obwohl mitten in der Stadt. Klimaanlage war sehr gut platziert und äußerst leise, einfach top.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
Zimmer war wunderbar.

Cons:

Die Preise in der Lobby für einen Tee oder Stück Kuchen waren leider sehr hoch.

Great hotel, excellent location in Karakoy
Pros:

Great location - 5 mins walk to Galata Tower and Galata Bridge.

Good rooms, comfy beds, aircon and powerful showers.

Helpful staff - we didn’t need them for anything but they were always polite, offering help and friendly to us.

Cons:

All good, no complaints.

Hôtel très bien placé, propre avec un personnel à l'écoute.

Hôtel remarquablement situé, Personnel à l'écoute. Une note particulière pour notre charmante EMINE du 2ème étage.

Cons:

Dommage que le 6ème soit en travaux et que nous n'ayons pas pu profiter du restaurant NISSIM.
