Cons:

Worst customer service ever experienced with a pinch of profiling. The black lady at the from desk who worked on Friday 10/09/26 should be no where near customer service. Her rudeness, meanness, and condescending behavior was next to none, Even to the point of asking inappropriate questions pertaining a person's status, even if it was not intentional, we felt offended by the question, but she denied to see the point.Perception is reality unfortunately and has to be taken into account when dealing with customers.Just because she saw 6 black/ African boys trying to make reservations made her just a mean person towards us. As a matter of fact the players who had come in town for a 2 day soccer tournament ended up staying just 1 night out off the 2 i paid/reserved for them. Not just saying. With my job, I deal with customers on daily basses, and literally speaking, that is the worst I have seen. To the point of threatening to call 911 on me if it was not for another guest there. The poor behavior had started earlier in the day when I had questions/ concerns about the reservation and she just sounded angry and mean on the phone, so I decided to go in person think I will better explain myself, but unfortunately that turned out to be a bad idea.

Buena ubicación con respecto al aeropuerto, hay varias opciones de comida cerca del hotel, personal amable, habitación limpia y de buen tamaño, hicimos uso del shuttle hotel-aeropuerto y todo bien.

It was alright except that rooms needed to be updated especially with the use of key card.

Clean and comfortable
Pros:

You could tell as soon as you entered that there was no smoking or vaping allowed in the building whic was wonderful. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Pancakes, cereal, fruit, yogurt or toast available. Coffee and juice both good too. Shuttle to and from the airport was efficient and the driver was very nice.

Cons:

The fridge in the room didn't have a freezer which was a nuisance as I needed my freezer block frozen for my medication. Walk in shower was lovely but should have a hand held shower head to allow washing while seated. <⁶
