The breakfast was great and so was the location
There was no breakfast!!
There was no breakfast. There was no shampoo/conditioner in the room. There was no coffee pot in the room. There was no hairdryer in the room. I was required to leave my drivers’ license at the office as security in order to “borrow” a hair dryer. We were required to leave a $60 CASH deposit at check in to cover any possible loss of property (towels, linens, etc). It was returned after inspection by staff when checking out. Very disappointing stay.
Shower is either no water or too hot water
Location of the hotel was okay. Lots of restaurants.
Inside the facility was very old and dated. There was a roach crawling on the microwave in our room.
Breakfast items was water down coffee, toast, cold cereal. I did not see anything else being offered.
Dirty towel hanging behind the bathroom door, no hand soap
I liked the convenience of the location because it is right by the Texas A&M University campus. I really liked that the hotel is pet friendly and that is the reason that I booked there. Also, the staff is very friendly.
The breakfast at the hotel could definitely be improved.
As usual my room key was waiting and had no wait time check in was a breeze.
Good hot water
Vent didn’t work property needs to be remodeled and it wasn’t worth the price that I paid and we only stayed one night. We got the room for two nights, but we only stayed one and they wouldn’t reimburse us for that second night
Location is great. I think the breakfast could be better.
I would appreciate a little better breakfast.
Location was easy to find.
The breakfast service wasn’t clean enough. Was mainly disappointed about that.
The bed was comfortable. The staff were really nice and helpped me where they could
The shower was broken when I got there. The space is really small for the price. The repair man came in at 10 pm.
Location
Some areas were not as clean as others
Room had multiple safety hazards, so we were moved for 1 night into a smaller room (not handicap accessible). Next night we were suppose to be moved into a different handicap accessible room, but were moved back to the original room, that now had more hazards- including a pipe sticking up and out from the roll in shower.
