Disappointed; will stay at a different hotel next time.
Cons:

There were a couple dead flies and cobwebs in the window sill. Toilet tank was slow to fill up with water after flushing. No warning on the step down into the room.

There is nothing super about this super 8 hotel.
Pros:

I liked the fact that my room charge was returned back to my credit card.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned. The bed was made to look like it was freshly made and it was not. There was black debris from someone's feet that was left there from the previous occupant. The bathroom was also not cleaned. We were given another room and that one was also not cleaned properly.

I am unable to remove 2 pictures of a bathroom. are They are from a steam ship 🛳️ built in the 1800's. Unfortunately, it will not allow me to remove the pics before posting my review.

"I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The customer service is non-existent and highly unprofessional.
When I booked, they confirmed a one-night stay, but the communication regarding check-in and check-out was a disaster. I arrived at 3:00 PM, only to be told the check-out time was 12:00 AM (midnight), which makes no sense for a overnight stay.
When I tried to clarify the situation, the staff were incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of trying to resolve the misunderstanding, they started mocking me and were very disrespectful. To make matters worse, they eventually blocked my number so I couldn't even call to resolve the issue.
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place. They do not value their guests and their behavior is completely unacceptable."
