If you just need a cheap place to stay. Go elsewhere.
Pros:

Great location. The AC worked well.

Cons:

Staff weren’t very friendly. Breakfast was very poor. The bed in the king suit was incredibly firm and uncomfortable we ended up checking out a night early.
I had to call for help with the TV with multiple remotes and felt like I was troubling the staff. I then needed to request new bedding and was charged $60 damage fees.

This was a last minute reservation - I was grateful to find a place, but it was a bit disappointed
Pros:

The room was tidy on arrival. The tap in the sink was difficult to operate but the shower was fine. The staff was very welcoming both on check in as well as check out.

Cons:

There was a lot of noise overnight. I am hard of hearing and do not sleep with my hearing aids - and noise from adjacent rooms was quite annoying. The breakfast was supposed to offer gluten free options, but they were basically "just don't eat the bread, muffins and cereal." There were no alternatives.

Did not like carpet throughout. Room was very small with very basic room amenities. Not a good breakfast! Expensive for what you get.
