Great location and friendly staff
Pros:

The room was great and the location was spectacular. Staff was very attentive and the area was very safe. it was minutes by Uber to the city centre aand close to amenties. also it seemd like a pretty safe are and right across from Chucks Roadhouse which was a huge plus.

1st and last time staying
Cons:

The room had no heat on. It took 3 hrs to warm up. The room was terribly dusty. Under reno's. Carpet was disgusting . Won't go back!

Uncomfortable stay for way too much money
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

The bathroom was very dirty, the shower un useable due to mold.
The extra latch lock on the door to the room was put on backwards so if you pulled or pushed the door hard enough you could easily break the door open.

Cons:

bathroom was gross, orange grout (which i had to purchase cleaning products myself to clean for my daughter to have a bath, which then became white), no toilet paper on arrival. I was also given a wrong room as I requested 2 beds and got a king instead.
