It was fair
The manager knew my rv was broke down when I checked in and told me once I checked out I had to move my rv so he charged me another $81..00 to stay their while I was waiting for a tow truck other wise he was going to have we my vehicle impounded that was not very nice of him after I had paid over $325. To stay there
The price
My room’s air didn’t work and it was pouring water into the floor. The carpet stayed soaked all weekend and the temp of the room stayed around 80.
Everything was great
My room was a mess. Customer service was an absolute pain to deal with. I couldn’t get a hold of anybody. My room was trashed from the people before I had to clean it myself.
The customer service was very disrespectful would not accommodate my needs. Had to call corporate to get things taken care of.
We booked a room and then we were told they had overbooked. It was a weird place. Felt like we walked into the twilight zone so I’m glad I didn’t stay there after all.
