El olor a cigarrillo en los cuartos es pésimo ,los tapetes de las habitaciones son muy sucios y aveces los baños huelen a orines varias veces me e hospedado en ese hotel
The property was in a nice location and the room was a good size. The staff were nice enough about the refund. The hotel is clearly undergoing some needed renovations.
The complimentary breakfast was actually just some cereal. The room was dirty when we checked in, I found fake eyelashes stuck to the bed frame and trash under dressers. The floors were not clean, there was urine on the floor in the bathroom.
I came over to the hotel with friends as we were getting ready to go to a jazz Summer league game, and when I went online using the hotels WI-FI, which the signal was not great, I ended up getting a virus and my laptop as hacked.
I am considering calling Wyndham and complaining as well, as I was on the hotels WI-FI they should have at least some responsibility.
My friends checked out an went to another hotel after this and no one at the hotel even cared, they said it wasn't their fault it was a company's Air2data fault?
If you have someone else doing your WI-FI, it's still the hotels responsibility you can't just blame it on another company.
Needless to say, my friends and I will not be staying at any other Super 8 properties let alone this one again.

La mala atictud con la que a tienden en la recepción primera vez que voy y no me gusto
Close to the hiway and cheap.
Check in staff was rude. If we didn't prepay we would have left before checking in.

Very beat up room. Took pictures of the damage so we could ensure we would get our deposit returned.

Me rendant compte de mon erreur j ai Immédiatement demandé l’annulation de ma réservation afin de louer le 25 juin ( la bonne date) dans un autre établissement Super 8. Mon annulation n’a pas été acceptée et, bien sûr, encore moins le remboursement . Je suis scandalisé par la politique de cet établissement en matière de réservation . Cet hôtel est à proscrire.

We love the price and the convenience of the location for us. It is simple and homey with our kids and they love the pool!
Some of the staff are hit and miss.
Most of the time they are absolutely great! But those little other occasions a couple of them have been very rude and not helpful at all

My experience was not good at all. The only good experience I have had was with the front desk people when I first got there to check in other than that everybody else was very disrespectful and had no customer service skills at all, and the hotel was dirty and altogether it not a Pleasant stay
