Great location great price, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast
Excellent accommodations for the price. Dog friendly with only a $15 fee per night for our boy. Immaculately clean facility & room. Generous complimentary breakfast buffet. Cordial, helpful staff. Great location off the path and a very quiet stay. Grateful for the elevator option as we were on the 3rd floor. We stayed here once before and had the same experience. Our son lives here so this will be where we will stay every time.
Excellent front staff wonderful, complementary breakfast complementary breakfast very clean and pet friendly. We stay here every December as it is one of the best places in pigeon Forge when you’re traveling with a pet.
We had a lovely room with a large sitting area that included a sofa, coffee table and desk. Breakfast included waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, fresh bananas and apples, pastry, bread and juices. Coffee was available in the lobby. The location is very convenient to Dollywood and other Pigeon Forge attractions, and the hotel is right behind Arby's and Wendy's on the Parkway for walking access to fast food. We would definitely stay there again.
Great pet friendly location. Nice staff. Bed slept good. Close to everything. Nice breakfast. Safe place. Good price.
The room was clean. Breakfast was good. If you don't have dogs you should be put on a different floor. Only thing I dislike
Our shower head broke Monday and we reported it when we left the room for the day. It was fixed upon our return! Really saved our getaway the next morning.
easy to find. staff very polite and friendly. check in was fast and easy. rooms clean and comfortable. in the middle of everything on the strip.
The front desk attendant was polite and accommodating. The breakfast was tasty with plenty of choices. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again!
Average motel room Place was clean and very friendly staff It was noisy at the one we stayed I would suggest bringing your own pillows
Overcharged $398 2 Nights October 17-19 Dirty rooms, key cards didn’t work 7 times, placed us in the wrong room, driving distance to everything, room wasn’t cleaned, wet towels/no soap, hotel 200 feet from road behind buildings (dark), cold food, and no apology! No sorry. Nothing. Oldest motel on the strip that now smells like urine from dogs (barking all night) We went down the street for $89 and slept like a baby. This motel isn’t worth $40 per night. It was everything a motel shouldn’t be and more. Best of luck Wyndham
Very very nice staff. Hidden, but a great location. 🐶 Pet friendly. Not just an ordinary Continental breakfast, great food. I will definitely stay here again. The rooms are clean and smell nice. I loved the feather pillows.
Great hotel !!!
Close to everything
Pet area's good! Room's sMELLED LIKE A NASTY DOG OR A CAT LITER BOX HAD BEEN IN THE 2 ROOM'S WE RENTED, MY SON'S ROOM 310 WAS THE WORST SMELLING OF THE 2, LUCKY I ALWAYS TRAVEL with a spray can of deodorizer and we tyrned fan and air on high and left doors open for a while and that made them bearable. My husband kept stepping in spots in the carpet that was wet and his socks were black with nastiness! We have NEVER HAD THIS experience here before and we stay there EVERY TIME WE ARE IN TOWN because we really really like pur front office staff! My parents and sister always stay here as well EVERY TIME they come to Pigeon Forge as well. I did not tell front office staff about these issues and I do regret that but after about 2 hours we could tolerate it for the 2 nights but we want ever again, I will report to office manager next time!
I liked this location. Near the main road; but not on the main road. Clean room and helpful employees. Good breakfast. Easy to get to Dollywood.
The room was small but very clean. It was perfect for what we needed.
The surrounding area was really cute. Lots of little shops and activities and food, the breakfast provided by the hotel it was delicious and the stacks was kind. The beds were great and the room was quiet and clean.
Good and no pets
Clean, quiet, friendly, comfortable. Only needs more overhead lights in room. Good variety breakfast.
