Dirty room, torn carpet, musty smell; there was no breakfast, even though the listing said there was. The room had a dirty towel when we arrived, and another one had a bug on it. We asked to change rooms, but they refused because we had already used the bathroom.
I like the beautiful Texas photo displayed in the lobby. I appreciate it. The staff persons that serviced me during my checkout, extremely professional, beautiful personality (not so much of the same experience while checking in)
however, I am appalled that I was charged for the one night that I had to stay there when I was booked for six nights. The roaches introduced themselves a little before midnight. I woke up the following morning and saw two more roaches, attacking the trash bag. While there was a refrigerator in the room was not appealing, It did work kudos. However, there was NO microwave which is offered as part of the room accommodations.

Could be cleaner. There were bugs in the pool and “breakfast” was literally a mini muffin.

The first girl we came in contact with at the service desk was nice and friendly
The towel rack was falling off the wall the queen bed was a full instead of a queen the pool had algae in it so it looked green also on line it said there was a breakfast when there was no breakfast the tub faucet was dripping quite a bit we didn't get an ice bucket for our ice we got coffee cups but they're was no coffee at all the hotel was a little outdated for this place claiming to be part of Wyndham this place could've been better.

My reservation was cancelled before i even arrived and they tried running my payment despite me choosing “pay at property” option
It stated that there would be breakfast included but there was no breakfast and when we asked staff they said no it just depended on who was working if there would be or not be breakfast. Staff was very rude! The rooms are horrible! Messy stained our carpet was wet we literally had to walk with our shoes on the whole time of our stay. Ac smelled like mold so we had to go get a fan. Dust everywhere I guess they don’t dust it was caked on. Restroom floor was extremely sticky. I had to go buy disinfectant myself just to disinfect for us to sleep very HORRIBLE PLACE to stay. The halls, stairs were in such horrible condition like if there is no housekeeping. There was roaches in the there they even had the egg sack so I had to shake all I belongings and store in the car and just use the clothes on our backs cause I didn’t wanna risk bringing one home! DISGUSTING! Would never stay there again. Not worth the price
