Broken microwave, no coffee maker, bathtub clogged, no morning breakfast like show offer on their website. Heavy smells of marijuana walking around the hallways. This place will be reported to the health department and OSHA.
Hi, I tried to cancel my reservation at Super 8 by Wyndham San Antonio/Fiesta yesterday before 6pm local time as the policy states, but Ihad trouble with doing so. The free cancellation deadline had not passed. I went to the hotel, regretfully so, because I ended up still needing a place to sleep and shower overnight. The attendant first gave me a room with no working tv, beds unmade, towels on the floor and not prepared for another guest after the previous guests. I immediately went down to let him know and requested a room change. He stated there was no other rooms and refused a refund… but checked in two other guests as i sat in the lobby and tried to figure out a ride home. He suddenly offered me a refund i said yes and as Im standing at the front desk he stated he wil l just give me another room afteralll… I gave it a chance and went to the room he switched me to
The second room key he gave me didn’t work so i had to go back down and request another which he rudely rolled his eyes and sighed at. Upon entering the room it had a faulty lock, conjoined door that had a huge gap and the AC didn’t work. I went back down and advised him that after the 3attempts i gave him to provide a reasonable room , i was going to leave and politely requested a refund due to the multiple inconveniences. He then refused to give me the refund, even tho he had initially offered before hand without me even asking. All while checking in another guest. I work in the service industry myself so in no way was I rude or angry the entire encounter but his behavior, attitude & lies made for a Completely uncomfortable and horrible experience. I lost out on money i do not have. i am simply requesting a refund please
The staff member was rude ,when asked about TV he told me to read paper ,no ice, no vending,could have overlooked the unfortunate circumstances if the staff member wouldn't have been rude and in front of my son!

No stopper in the tub, key stopped working half way through the stay.

Close to where I needed to be. Towels appeared fairly new and clean. But not wash clothes- horrible.
Booking. Com stated it had free breakfast. Staff said no only coffee! Booking.com said room had microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot. It had none of those! One terribly stained wash cloth. Another was above hangers. Maybe dirty. Messed up drawer or haunted?

Lady at the front desk was super nice and willing to help all the time. We were new in town and needed some directions and guidance and she did her best to help us as much as possible
There was basically no breakfast, just coffee. The lady was apologizing and being nice to us, so I appreciate that; it's not her fault at the end of the day.
