Worth it and met my needs.
Pros:

Breakfast was minimal, but it was everything you need. The room was very quiet. For the price I was very happy.

Cons:

The toilet rocked. The bathroom fan was tight and just hummed. Other than that, everything was fine.

Pros:

Great trip! Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were a little dated but very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Back again at this spot and had another solid stay. I’ve stayed here multiple times over the past few weeks, and every time it’s been clean, quiet, and hassle-free. No drama, no issues — which is rare for long stays at budget hotels. I’ve read the other reviews and honestly haven’t experienced any of that.
This time I brought a couple more guys with me for work, and one of the front desk girls was someone I hadn’t seen before — super nice, just didn’t know about the arrangement we made with the owner a couple weeks ago. I told her we had a rate worked out, she didn’t see anything in the system, but she called to check.
Sure enough, the manager/owner stuck with the deal he made. No games, no runaround. Said it still applied to my crew, and followed through — just like he said he would.
That kind of follow-through and respect is exactly why I keep coming back and recommending this place. Goes a long way when you’re on the road

VERY CLEAN

Upon arrival, check in was fast and easy. The hotel clerk was friendly and helpful. The front lobby was clean and neat. The room was updated, clean, and inviting. I was pleasantly surprised, as I felt I scored a good deal based on the price.

Never go back. Drunk lady in parking lot drunk dancing around in skimpy gown. Very sad
Pros:

Waffle maker cold cereal and couple pieces of bread. It sucked no fruit butter looked very old. Nobody to help or ask questions to.

Cons:

Saw employee when checked in at 4pm. Never saw anyone the rest of night. Had to find own towels for the pool. Still nobody around. Soap was still in shower from last guess. Vending machine which only had few items chips and soda in same machine which was ment for chips not soda so soda wasn’t cold. The inside of vending machine was dirty and full of rust. Got up in morning still never saw anyone staff. Nobody at desk or anywhere to be found. Halls needed to be vacuumed
