Overall, I would stay again but for the price I was slightly disappointed in the quality of the room and experience. We

We stopped here for a super brief night. It was quiet and clean, and had no major issues.

Cons:

When we got in, we had issues with our room key. The employee then came and acted like he thought someone may be in the room as he couldn’t get us in and had to fiddle with it for a bit before he got us in. Not the employees fault but kind of an uncomfortable feeling when you can’t get in your room and the employee is calling the room line to make sure we aren’t disturbing another guest. The breakfast was okay, nothing too special.

Rooms were very clean and spacious, breakfast was great and the pool was nice also. We appreciated the onsite laundry.

The hot tub was advertised but not working and the shower water pressure was non-existent.

Volgende keer weer Best Western
Pros:

Het was een goede stop-over tussen Minneapolis en de Black Hills. Chamberlain ligt prachtig aan de Missouri. Het Best Western had geen plek en daarom hier geboekt.

Cons:

Het was wel erg basic en gedateerd. Ontbijt minimaal. Badkamer niet goed schoongemaakt.
