I found it a little inconvenience for a senior like me.
Pros:

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

I booked 2 rooms. Our room had no shower, it was at midnight when i found out. There was no elevator & the AC was loud.

Pros:

Nothing. Our reserved room was given to someone else and tried to pass off a standard room at the price of the suite.

Cons:

We walked in to the employee's child screaming in the dining area, was given the wrong room because they gave our reserved room to someone else, and had to wait days for a refund.
