Have brought my Mustang down here for the last 2 yrs for SMR and stayed here, will stay here again.
Pros:

The Manager and his staff were wonderful, very friendly, room was clean, beds were comfy, our room had a balcony to sit outside, breakfast was alright,

TV was kind of hard to get set up.

We mainly stayed in our room at night and were gone during the day but the staff were really friendly.

Cons:

Everything wet mold smell electric light shorted out no maid service dirty and low quality and way overpriced and had to use dirty towels air-conditioning leaked and dirty bathroom and put in basement room with no view would never go back or use booking. Com again tried calling AI and impossible to talk to person and tried emailing booking. Com no response and people at hotel even said they would refund some but because of 3rd party booking. Com will tell everyone I know to stop using you or them paid $2000+ for 3 nights and hardly could stand it ,very unhappy and you should reimburse me for some of it .!

The staff is working very hard to improve this property, I saw several examples of that during my stay
Pros:

Staff is super friendly, especially Dakota at the front desk and all the maids. The price was an excellent value and location is also excellent.

Cons:

My room needed some Repair in the bathroom, but they were in the process of doing that in other rooms

Worst hotel stay of my life...
Pros:

Staff was respectful and nice.

Cons:

The room accommodation was among the worst ive had in many many hotels ive stayed at. If I had the money id have request a refund immediately and booked a different hotel. From no smoke detectors to room damage to dirty mildew and seaping yuck from showers. I even had to move the furniture into its correct location as it was in the middle of the floor in the bedroom. Not to mention the breaker box and exposed wires when I went to get the ironing board out.
