Priced a bit too high for my stay. Sadly I will stay at another hotel in the future

You should close the room until you fix the floors and big problem

I didn't like anything about it. The guy on the phone told me that I didn't have to pay deposit so that made it a little easier. But when I got to the facility one of the managers told me that I had to pay the deposit and my money was pretty unrefundable. . I'm homeless and I booked the room with all the money I had and she refused to give it back to me. She said the only way I was able to stay is if she kept my car keys and they had to do an inspection on the room when I got the room and after I left the room. So yes I'm giving this place a bad review.
