That it had cheap laundry on site and smoking rooms available.

My first visit we had a king size room in the light fixture didn't work we came back another day few days later and all the light fixtures were broken and I asked them to move us to another room because I didn't want to strain my eyes the rooms were so dark and gloomy and the night employee was very nice about it and moved us to a double bed room for the same price but the problem was we decided to stay another night and the employee on duty the next day was very rude and charged us full price that evening when I told him what had happened he didn't care he also came to our door while we were getting housekeeping to get a broom for us so we could sweep our own room and get towels for us and he came and yelled at us and ask this why we took the cart and then once we told him we didn't take the cart that the housekeeper was fetching towels for us and he had and we wanted to sweep our own room he felt stupid because he had scolded us for something he thought we did next time ask before you accuse. Also the rooms are very dirty the second time around

I will never stay at this hotel again

Only liked the location

Cons:

It was noisy ALL night long. Both nights. There was bugs flying around in the room. The bathroom walls were filthy. It said they had breakfast. But they did not have breakfast. Very disappointed

I have been asked for my credit card, and ID and they took copies of it even though’ I booked online through Expedia. it was very unusual and honestly surprised the way I have been treated 🤔. I am going to be monitoring my account activities through out the next few weeks.

I was expecting a clean and well prepared room, unfortunately DID not happen. The moment I walked in the room, there was broken glass and broken furniture, this was not what my expectations of this place would be. I immediately informed the front office staff, I am disappointed the way they treated me today. Absolutely not appropriate. I asked for different room and finally got one.
I have been here before, but this is the first time I’ve bad experience..unpleasant experiences.
