Pros:

While there was not hot buffet breakfast there was a good variety of good brand hot breakfast items to make in the microwave along with multiple other breakfast options. I was very impressed with this option and have never seen that at other hotels who did not have any buffet style hot items.
The location is great, rooms were spacious and everything was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay again when we come there next year for college track meets.

Broken faucet in tub and filthy AC spewed chunks into room
Cons:

The AC spewed out black particles all over the desk from the dirty filter. The tub diverter didn’t work so only a little water came out the top while we stood in ankle-deep water rushing from the faucet. No checkout person (just someone guarding desk while she was in the bathroom and we eventually gave up and left) so we couldn’t get a receipt. Lame frozen breakfast items and microwave and broken juice dispenser. Nice staff though. Room was obviously very slap-dash painted and finished with lots of rough edges. Seemed clean enough.

Duluth is pricey to stay, so for the price here, it was good enough.
Pros:

Location was central, staff were friendly and Hotel was decent.

Cons:

I came for the biscuits and gravy, and got cereal and toast. Very basic free breakfast.
Our room could definitely be cleaner.
Very thin blanket on the bed.

Pros:

Great place to stay with a dog. Lots of area for him to do his business. Hot tub & sauna area was great!

Cons:

Our room in particular was at the end of the hallway so the door slamming everytime someone went out was very loud.
