Cons:

I booked a room for July 4th. Got it confirmed and money taken out of my account. Got an email the morning of saying the couldn't confirm it and would refund my money. A month later still haven't gotten refunded.

Not sure how it has the rating it has best western was only 1 point higher but was WAY better quality.

Cons:

The tub didn’t drain, the bed comforters were pretty gnarly, a hanging sign in the bathroom indicates someone would bring you new towels and make the bed yet when I mentioned to front desk they didn’t come in said it shouldn’t have been expected- I explained the door hanger tags indication that they would make bed/bring towels if left on floor and when I showed him it, he said he’d never seen… also it’s not lower in price if you book multiple nights “saving them time and money” I’m there for them to make money with their services- which are paid for. Crazy you wouldn’t get fresh towels at least brought in.

Pleasant stay that’s affordable right off the highway.
Pros:

It was clean and had everything you needed plus a nice breakfast with variety.

I'm glad front desk but I missed him got retiring and I had see him a good friendly nice .. I like super 8 motel a second floor and I hope u will new elevator added construction from Minnesota department of labor a law must American Disability Act (ADA) a handicapped or carts on luggage something on elevator.. if budget a money because hotel all elevator...

The location was convenient for us, the room was clean & comfy, and it was affordable.
Pros:

It’s conveniently located right off of 35 on the West end of Duluth. There’s a grocery store, etc nearby. It’s also not far from some great places to eat & drink. We had a suite and our room was actually very spacious. There was a sofa, recliner, and a nice desk area. A microwave & a roomy fridge. The room was clean & the bed & pillows comfy. The bathroom towels are thin & cheap. I suppose because otherwise, people will steal them. The shower had insanely water pressure…..we even joked about how hard & fast the water came out. They had a breakfast area but not your typical waffle and/or biscuits & gravy offerings. More of a continental breakfast type of vibe. There’s a microwave and the fridge was stocked with breakfast sandwiches and pancakes & sausage on a stick to heat up. There was bread, bagels, etc for toasting and instant oatmeal packs, fresh fruit, yogurts, etc. Nothing fancy but fine for a grab & go. There’s also a Perkins right next door.

Cons:

There’s a hot tub room but it’s very small. Hubby went to use it one evening & there were 2 other people using it, so he didn’t bother to go in.
