I was good with everything but the room temperature was just not reasonable or acceptable.

Clean, convenient and affordable

Cons:

The heat was turned off in the unit and the temperature was about 50 degrees when I went in. There was a sign instructing me to turn on the heat bother it would take 30 minutes to warm up. It was below zero outside. The room never warmed up and I was cold all night.

Cons:

We had to reserve hot tub and sauna time?? For only 30 minutes?? That is not advertised on the booking. We checked in, seen the room and walked right out and checked out. Waste of money as we didn’t even stay there. Would like a refund?

The hotel is older and lacks an elevator to access the second floor. The breakfast is pretty minimal.

It was actually pretty decent overall
Pros:

You could see Enger tower while eating breakfast

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the 2 in 1 shampoo conditioner. My hair was a mess and still didn’t feel clean.

It was a clean room, nice staff!
Pros:

Breakfast was disappointing. I thought it would be one with hot food. I purposely booked here because the Breakfast was included, but ended up going out for breakfast instead, which was an extra expense.
The staff was very nice!

Cons:

The breakfast, and I feel like it was very expensive for what we got. Location was in an industrial area, and I thought it was going to be closer to the lake.

Will not stay at a super 8 again… not clean. I wish I had taken pictures
Pros:

It was ok the toaster didn’t work & didn’t like the long tables hard to get in & out of for us with physical disabilities.

Cons:

The floors in our room were really dirty. When floors are dirty the rest of the room does not feel clean. So was uncomfortable all night. When mentioned to the staff it was oh well! So the price we paid was way to much for a room when this place didn’t even have a pool. This is not the first time we stayed at a super 8 but it will be the last.
