Room was clean, but could use a little updating.

rooms requested to be close to each other, but, for the third year in a row, request wasn't honored!

No full length mirror, which made getting ready for a wedding quite difficult. I was put in a disabled room, which was unnecessary and concerned me as it should stay reserved for someone in need.

Dirty side entrance. Garbage by door. Overflowing pet waste receptacle.

Nunca tem gente na recepção quando precisa. O quarto é extremante sujo no chão, cheio de pelos e cabelos. Mesmo depois da visita da camareira. Outro ponto negativo são os barulhos de cachorros nos outros quartos.

Windows dirty hallway needed vacuum very dirty sink was cracked the coffee was terrible I had to dump out

The staircase is in need of a good cleaning or vacuuming. Our room needed a deep clean, and they need to pay attention to details when cleaning.

Non friendly at desk

there was fresh dried blood on the cover on the bed, not a stain, literally DRIED UP BLOOD
there was a broken light over the sink with wires exposed
on the way driving we got an email that there was no extras, so we had no shampoo
no elevator for my handicapped wife, when we asked got a so sad too bad attitude, and they kept us on the 2nd floor
nothing but one, hard plastic chair to sit on in the room by a desk
drywall crumbling by the window
a weird perfume /scent odor sprayed which caused my wife to have an allergic reaction
tv didn't work, it kept pausing
garbage all around outside on the property like crushed beer cans, etc.
the ice machine was broken and out of order
dried mud on the steps was there the entire time we stayed
never saw a cleaning person

My first room had no heat or air. 35 degrees outside! The second room they gave me was already occupied by a man and a dog, shocked me being able to open his door and seeing that. I then went down stairs with all my luggage, waited at the front desk for 20 minutes but nobody would come back to the desk. I finally called corporate and they gave me the actual motel phone number. When they finally answered the phone, they just couldn't believe the 2nd room they gave me was occupied. Like I was lying or something. I requested a first floor room at this point and was able to get one. The shower was disgusting. Hadn't been properly cleaned in ages.
Once I was finally settled after driving 8 hours, messing around with rooms for 45 minutes and cleaning the shower the rest of the stay was fine

It was dirty and needed a deep cleaning. The carpet on the stairwells didn’t like they had been vacuumed for months. The room was dusty,like it had not been wiped down for weeks. I woke up in the morning sounding like a had a cold. The dirt on the heat/ cooling register vents was thick and it could not have been wiped down in months. Luckily I had some sanitizer wipes with me to wipe the room down with. They were dirty with dust and caked on dirt when I got I’m done wiping things downy be
I know the room didn’t cost much, but I would think the owners would take more pride in their hotel and keep it clean.
The first impression when walking in the room was a musky smell. First impressions mean a lot!

It was positively filthy. I know it wasn’t the most expensive and only 2-star.. but that should reflect the features and amenities, not clean and in good repair. Which it was nether.. There were innumerable things broken, including the street monument sign. Came in after dark and couldn’t even see the sign.
