The location was not bad but definitely in a less charming area close to busy Rte 29.

Cons:

I think you could improve the reception area a bit - besides being a tiny room you can also see plenty of storage (boxes) behind the desk and the room is simply not inviting. Being the first impression your customers have of the hotel/motel this would be worth making more attractive/cozy. We did not like that you could hear everything in the hallway and out in the parking lot. There was a truck loading or unloading something around 5:30 and it was impossible to ignore and sleep through.

Good value for money
Pros:

Maybe a bit tired, but clean, centrally located, good wifi, friendly staff. Good value for money. Would happily recommend Super 8.

Staff was good but facilities were not. Will not stay here again, or in any Super 8.

Cons:

Despite renovations, hotel still seems shabby. It was very noisy. Could hear people walking the halls and footsteps on the floor above. Air conditioning created dry conditions. Made sleeping difficult. Woke with dry nose and mouth.

Rooms are neat and clean and well equipped. Good

Cons:

It's close to a street with significant traffic and the noise is audible in the room, so ear plugs are a great help.
