Pros:

The staff was great. The room was clean and comfortable. Had some issues with the TV that could not be fixed. The ac/heating unit was extremely loud. Outside noise, i.e., traffic, sirens, was all night long. About 5 a.m. it sounded like a dumpster derby was going based on the clanging that went on and on. Having said all that, the staff was great, and the facility is really nice.

Sorry I booked this room but saw good reviews. Staff not helpful
Pros:

Coffee tea and granola bars are not a breakfasr

Cons:

Room had no dresser draws or bench to put suitcases on. They had to be on floor…unacceptable. All it had was a computer chair with no desk and sat on chair it it tilted to side and threw me off. No closet and the room had an awful smell and when I saw on the morning it was directly behind a Latino restaurant and smell was coming in thru air conditioning. Spoke to desk and asked about getting a different room and she just kinda shook her head. Never again.

Cons:

Nothing really personally with the property but early this morning we were woken up by a group of girls yelling and screaming while running down the hallway.
