The amount of repair it needed

Housekeeping is not in timely manner even after I requested. Did not replace the used towels with new ones. Pillows were hard to lay on. No comforter present. Too thin bed sheets.

I'm missing the picnic table that was acrost the parking lot where I would like to sit in the mornings and drink my coffee and let my dog go potty before we leave I wear I wish it'd be replaced

Hardly any staff-had a sign be back in a moment, but hardly showed. We took the place for the pool/hot tub and when we got there, there was a sign that both were out. I thought I signed for a king size and got a queen that we didn’t in and they charged us extra for getting room with queen size beds. We will not go back there again.

There wasn’t anything good to talk about this place the smell was bad. They had to move my parents to a different room because their TV didn’t work. My uncle‘s room smelled like a zoo like there was a bunch of cats in the room and peed all over the rugs. The rugs are dirty. I had the suite and the sofas that were in there were completely dirty with stains on them and don’t even try to walk barefooted because the rugs are so dirty that your feet will be black They don’t clean they don’t vacuum. They don’t use any type of cleaning supplies in my room. My washroom sink got clogged. I had to wait almost 3 days so I can get it unclogged and it didn’t get clogged because of me had to have been the previous people. I’m not sure.

Check in was at 3pm room was ready by 5pm and no apologies

Bed was never changed in the 5 days we were there,we had to ask for towels room was never cleaned during our stay. . I realize sometime staff maybe short ,but 5 days. Most of the time no one was at the desk. Ask for $ 30 more and said they would give it back i ask how long they said could take up to 2 3 days on debit card.

The property itself was clean for the most part. The pool however had way too much chlorine in it. We went into the pool once and that was it. The phone in our room didn’t work. The peep hole to look out in the hall was covered with paper, you couldn’t see. So when people were out in hall banging on doors, I couldn’t look out to see what was going on and that made me nervous. The tv lost signal a few times. The staff doesn’t take out garbage from room each day anymore and they don’t restock the towels daily. And when you ask for something, you’re lucky if you get it. I went out and bought my own extra pillow and my own towel set so I’d have something. Both things I requested from hotel. I’ve stayed at this hotel for the last 7-8 years. Last time I do though.

Pool room floor was
dirty garbage everywhere in the pool area. Room was also dirty and hotel appeared renovated but clearly very poorly and cheaply, everything was crooked, tissue box holder was smaller than the whole in the wall baseboard and some outlets not secured well. Someone else's hair all over bathroom and bath tub, squished bug on the wall binders random places in the room behind mattress etc. although the price was cheaper than many in the area the rates were not low enough to justify the look and cleanliness of the room and overall hotel, also had a musty odor in the room almost cat urine smell.

Friendly staff. Welcoming staff. Sound proof walls between rooms.
