Snag in the beginning, got fixed

Breakfast was awesome location is great I like being on the outskirts of the dells it's perfect we came on a motorcycle

There was nothing I didn't really like the pool was awesome the hot tub was warm, I'm a painter the only thing that I noticed is and I know it's from the moisture in the air the pool area could really use a freshen up

My stay was simply satisfactory. Weekend rate was too high for what it was, Weekday rates are fine.
Pros:

Room could have used an update, Carpet did ;not appear clean. This could just have been from wear.

Cons:

Dark dingy bed spread and older carpet. Water was slow to drain in the sink; it did to appear that the plunger raised . It was however adequate and did not present any significant problem..

Lousy and they wouldn’t refund our money!
Pros:

It was a bed to sleep on.

Cons:

smelled! room was a pit blood stains on the sheets, towels where wet. There was tarps on the roof I’d assume to stop leaks and the cops were out there atleast once while we were there, the hot tub was down smelled like pure bleach, double outlets that were decommissioned with only one cover bare wires where shown, tv was scratched all to hell!

Pros:

The room was pretty clean

Cons:

It didn't have some stuff. A coffee pot. No one was at desk when you went down there had to look for them. No Ice.

Hotel inside and out did not feel welcoming or cozy due to appearance and odor.
Pros:

The location to the activities we had planned.

Cons:

Seemed run down. Lacking any freshness or updates. Early 2000's decor. Awful smell throughout of smoking and musty. One inch gap under room door. The base the mattress was on squeaked like bed springs with any little movement. Was hard to stay asleep. The A/C unit barely blew any air and very loud. Was hard to hear TV. The lobby has decor of the owners choice based on their heritage which is not normal for a welcoming hotel. The cost of checking in early was sufficient at the front desk than what I was given online. My choices of early and late check in weren't submitted through the email I sent and choices made online. Just said pending.
