Super 8 by Wyndham Wisconsin Dells

We stayed November 14 to the 17th
The light on the desk did not work. I had to approach staff on 5 occasions until finally I said just replace it with one from another room that works DUH!!!. The phone in our room did not work .this too was brought to their attention. The phone never did work. The mattress on the bed was not attached so it would move off the metal plate it was placed on. These problems and lack of attention are unacceptable and we will never book another stay

Was a very nice day the location is nice the rooms was very clean and the pool was very nice and everything was just a great stay and a great check out

THE BUILDING WAS DIRTY INCLUDING ALL WINDOWS DOOR EXT. THE ROOM WAS TERRIBLE. CARPET WAS REAL DIRTY.

Aside from the crappy breakfast and the hot tub that did not work the stay was pleasant

Smoke and mirrors at this hotel. We set up 3 rooms and the guy screwed up one so bad. He put my fil credit card to another room for a different customer and charged me. Once i caught it they reversed that charge and charged the correct credit card customer. Master suite we booked was in below average condition. Holes in wall, chipped tub, dirty couches and a fridge that didnt close because of the huge amount of ice. Thankfully, we did not have to spend any more time there than we had to. Breakfast was well below par.

Had a big bottle of Tylenol missing and a bag of stones came up missing the pool was extremely cold and the hot tub was not working floors were not swept very well and the floor in the bathroom was not cleaned or the

Everything was good. What you would expect from 2 star hotel economical and most importantly everything was clean.

The worst hostels day that I’ve had mold on the ceiling, hot tub not working , I’ve had sauna smelling like somebody died in ,it hotel had a musty smell, and The breakfast that was stated was not even close, cold cereal, yogurt, and bagels when it was supposed to be a hot breakfast. Would not recommend it to anybody and will never stay there again

The front desk people were very nice. However, when we arrived to our room and pulled back the covers, we were not sure what was on the sheets. It was wet and wrinkled. There was a bug, not sure what kind, in the sink. We went back to let the front desk know and he apologized and moved us to another room.

Hot tub was not working and there was not a very big selection of the continental breakfast.

No help when we had a issues with another guest pool was dirty and hot did not work when they said it did and that why i pick here i came to destress not to have more

Dirty and hot tub closed the day we arrived later to get a call from the health dept stating we might be exposed to Leginares disease from the hot tub. Thankful we didnt go in it. Old and dirty will never stay ay a super 8 again

The staff was very very rude!

The only thing that I didn’t like was the lack of a closet for hanging clothes!!!!

The room was gross. There were hairs all over the sheets and gross stuff on the surfaces

rude guy at the front desk; so noisy, I couldn't sleep there at all, I left early
