Location, breakfast was ok.

Cons:

Gal on check in was nice but appears she billed me additional $170.25 her the $314.86 charge by booking.com . She did seem confused about what to charge me thhough I did state I paid booking. Com. Not happy. The first room, frid did not work so given another, found only had one bed, so was going to call down, but phone did not work. Went back again. 3rd room ok but room over head very noise, running across floor and jumping on beads started at 530AM.

For the price it was really good
Pros:

The pool.jaquzi and hotel was clean and really nice.

Cons:

Couldn't bring anything to your room from the continental breakfast. No coffee in the rooms and the staff could smile once in awhile. The ac turned on low to high back n forth clicking everytime.

The price was pretty good but I wish the room would have been cleaner.

I liked the ease of checking in and out.

Cons:

The sheets were stained on our bed and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned or at least hadn't been cleaned well as there were bobby pins on the floor, other dirt, and some spots on the toilet seat.

Pros:

Decent location to the Dells Attractions.

Cons:

The Hot Tub was barley working so never used. I was given a text saying I could text that number if I needed anything. I messaged to get more towels and none where delivered to the room.
