Charles was a nice guy. He was working the front desk. He was helpful. The rooms were clean. Did not eat breakfast there. Family members said it was not the best. The carpet in the hallway needs to be replaced as it stunk and was stained. Looked filthy. As did the couch in the sitting area on second floor.

Cleanliness
I have stayed at a number of Super 8 motels. This is my new favorite. There are several areas that set it apart. There is a coffee bar right when guests arrive. The breakfast bar has a huge selection. I stayed here three days and tried different options each day. There is no waffle maker like some Super 8's. Instead, there are breakfast sandwiches, fruit cups, yogurt, multiple varieties of bread for toast and at least 8 varieties of cold cereal. I like the ottoman; it was helpful to put up my feet after a long day of biking. For those of us who are getting older, it was helpful to have a grab bar to get in and out of the shower. My room was not an accessible room, so this was an unexpected feature. My room was 106. There are a couple of restaurants in easy walking distance. For those who want to bicycle downtown, cross Highway 15 and take the bike trail south and east.

Tv was not working, called the front desk and he came and after some time he told us that something was unplugged. We were watching a basketball game and in the last five minutes the tv went to a blank screen and the remote quit working, exactly the issue I called about. When checking out this morning I was going to talk to someone and there was no one around. Disappointed but otherwise the stay was fine.
Had breakfast at church.
It wasn’t very clean. Hallways were full of dirt and stains. Smelled. Very average.
I did like the location next to the restaurants and convenience store close by. I did like the hotel had a bed to sleep in and I didn't get rained on.
I didn't like that my room was not clean, there were animals in other rooms you could hear. There were hairs all over the bathroom. I was unsure if the bedding had been washed and felt better showering with my sandals on. This is a very outdated hotel which is fine if it were clean.
$153 seems a little out of line.
