The room Hot Tub didn't work at all. The pull out sofa mattress was disgusting. Had change rooms a waste of an hour. Not happy at all.

The location, the bed was comfortable, the water was hot

Cons:

The room had a faint stale urine smell. The towels were stained and dingy. The walls were dirty and in need of paint. The bedsheets were clearly much too small for the beds. The coverlet on my bed looked stained from long use.

Location, staff and service were very good.
Pros:

The staff representative at the check-in did an excellent job and was very responsible when contacting me to let me know I had left a small bag in the room after checkout.

Cons:

Bed was too firm. Husband and I both had sore backs by morning.

breakfast was ok it was much better 2 years ago.

Cons:

our room was very damp we had the air conditioner on high that did not help it was so loud it would go from somewhat quiet then it would get really loud. dirty around shower and hair dryer.

Pros:

Soap was small overall bed comfy/cozy. Breakfast was delicious and good choices. Safe area across from venue and near many food choices.

When asking about adding an additional night, the desk clerk was kind enough to say we'd get a better deal booking online than through him. He did give us our same room, though.

The breakfast didn’t have options for guests with food allergies.

The carpet needed deep cleaning.

The size of the room was great. The couch and chair cushions sagged and should be replaced.
