This is my go to hotel when I stay in Whitewater. It’s always very clean. The rooms are nice. I’ve never had any issues. However, this last visit, there were toenail clippings on the rug right by the bed , they might be cleaning the rooms but they’re not vacuuming that that was very disappointing. Also, they were switching companies for the water they provide at check-in, but because they witching companies, they didn’t have any water to offer. Which is one of the perks of being a platinum member. Also, they don’t offer any water in the breakfast room. I asked for a glass of water and she told me I had to go upwhere they could’ve just simply went to Costco orSam’s Club and picked up some cases of water to hand out.to the front counter and get it myself… I think they’re dropping the ball and they need to pay attention and listen to what their customers are telling them. The only reason that the hotel is busy is because it’s the best hotel in town.
Also, when I was checking in, I had to stand there and keep saying hello for at least eight minutes until an attendant appeared at the front desk
‘Breakfast’ was really downsized from 2 years ago.
The faucet in the bathroom (the defuser?) caused leaking around the base of water faucet and water ended up on the floor.. we removed defuser and set it next to faucet ..no one at desk to notify.. wiped up water…
The towel rack that held bath towels was bent like some one grabbed it and bent it.
AC was good but very loud

Lack of staff presence. The grab and go breakfast was pop tarts and uncrustables, juice was empty and coffee was terrible. There was a bloody tissue in our room when we arrived. Toilet was loose. Pretty sure black mold on the bathroom ceiling.

The room Hot Tub didn't work at all. The pull out sofa mattress was disgusting. Had change rooms a waste of an hour. Not happy at all.

The room had a faint stale urine smell. The towels were stained and dingy. The walls were dirty and in need of paint. The bedsheets were clearly much too small for the beds. The coverlet on my bed looked stained from long use.

our room was very damp we had the air conditioner on high that did not help it was so loud it would go from somewhat quiet then it would get really loud. dirty around shower and hair dryer.
