The bed was soft, Beautiful city background as headboard
Housekeeper Tiara was helpful and friendly

Cons:

Nightstaff was rude, couldn't switch to lower room because of being handicapped , Prices was to high plus incidentsls, , No real breakfast

It was okay it was clean to a certain extent

Cons:

But I didn't like I had three people come visit me I hadn't seen in a while and the guy that was like can't have no more than you and one person in the room I thought that was a little strange he said no more than two people how are you going to tell me that I'm paying for the room I'm not having a party I just seen some people

Clean. But inside hallways very smoky even before fire smoke warnings. This is a smoker’s hotel. Bathroom door been punched through in room 207. Fresh vomit stain on carpet still moist.
