Dissapointing experience overall and won't be staying here again.

Convenient waffle house next door.

Cons:

Charged an extra 100 dollar deposit for the service animal of someone staying in the room. Said that i should've put the information in the booking that there was a service animal. I made the booking for 2 guests and there was no questions about a service dog on booking.com. Also, it shouldn't matter anyways. Pretty sure it's illegal to charge for a service animal. Also difficult to hear during check in as they had a thick glass window in front of the front desk with no intercom. The curtain barely fit the window with no privacy screen so if we wanted light and opened the curtains, anyone could look in the window. Only one light in the room worked and all of the towels had odd discolored spots. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Disappointed ..but had a room to sleep in during a family medical emergency.
Pros:

First hotel overbooked so this one at least had a room...Even though the hotel stated a breakfast was included in the price...there was no breakfast offered. There was only coffee and watered down juice.

Cons:

There was holes in the walls. There was no toilet paper holder only a hole in the wall where in should have been. Floor was dirty and outlets were not centered and not enclosed. There were no side table lamps and cords on the floor to the a/c unit. Tv was plugged into an extension cord. Seat cushion on couch was stained. There was no breakfast only juice and cofffee even though the description said Breakfast is included. After being over booked at our first choice hotel and traveling 12 hours for a family emergency, we were left with no other choice but to stay where we knew we had a room.

Horrible
Pros:

Back door broken and left open, window didnt lock. I liked nothing about this property.

Cons:

Bed was horrible, tub was clogged, we were on the first floor next to the waffle house, someone was out side our window at 3 am blasting music for over a hr.

Pros:

Only good as a last ditch option when everything else is taken

Cons:

Staff was a bit rude and off-putting, the breakfast was just a single tiny muffin and instant coffee, also the rooms could be alot cleaner. The internet is horrible, the tv is old and rustic. The main room light didn't work, the fridge was insanely dirty, the door had a chain lock that didn't work so only lock was the electric key lock, but the door didn't always close properly even when I made sure it was fully closed causing me to constantly check if the door was propped open at night which made me feel highly unsafe.
