It was located near a lot of things... restaurants, stores, highway.

Cons:

The staff was horrible. I'm assuming it's the owners, they are uninviting. You get the vibe that they assume everyone is trash, druggies or illegally doing things. They tried to charge me $122.08 4 times even though I was showing them proof I had already paid through Booking.com. After trying to charge me they MADE ME pay $50 cash deposit && INSISTED it was stated on booking that they required it.
The beds were basically tables with sheets on it && the bathroom came with no soaps or shampoos at all.
The experience alone is a 1 rating if I could give ZERO I would.

Best Hotel In Area.
Pros:

I had a great stay at Super 8 and wanted to give credit where it’s due. The staff here are genuinely some of the nicest, most helpful people you’ll come across. The rooms are kept very clean, towels are changed daily, and everything is always taken care of.

When we first arrived, we needed a fridge with a freezer, and without hesitation he offered us the one from behind his desk just to make sure we were comfortable. That kind of service really stood out to me.

They even washed our clothes for a small cost, which made things so much easier while traveling for work. You can tell they truly care about their guests and go the extra mile.

If you’re staying in the area, I definitely recommend Super 8. Great people, quiet area, clean rooms, and excellent service all around.
