Very spacious rooms, clean bathroom. close proximity to beach and shops. Ms. Kieuh Anh and Ms. Ashley are very welcoming and helpful. Also Ms. Giang at buffet breakfast always with a smile.

The hotel was amazing with the best location. It’s very close to the beach and easy to reach other places in the city. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful.

A minha cama fazia barulho quando me voltava, o que era desagradável. Pequeno almoço, barulho da sala, muita gente e, sair a cheirar a comida! Achei o hotel muito impessoal! Empregados simpáticos mas achei hotel de turismo de massas! Não faz o meu género!
Good
All was good
The location was perfect, central to My Khe beach area and surrounding restaurants and ocean activities. The breakfast was good with their selection that changes day to day. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.
The room was not cleaned properly. The bathroom window shade appeared to have never been cleaned and had a moldy, stained appearance, giving the space an old and damp feeling. The shade is installed on the shower side of the window that separates the bathroom from the bedroom, which is inappropriate, as it becomes soaked every time the shower is used—especially considering the room is rented by multiple guests each week.
The room was consistently dusty, and the floor appeared to be only swept rather than properly mopped or vacuumed, as noticeable dust remained even after housekeeping service. The bed sheets are rarely replaced everyday, they seem to just shake it off hoping they got rid of them, but some still remain and we can feel it between the sheets.
Additionally, the room is not soundproof. Noise from neighboring rooms is clearly audible, and the windows do not block loud outdoor music from a Chinese restaurant across the street, which plays live music at very high volume daily from approximately 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. While this may be beyond the hotel’s direct control since the city of Danang don't seem to care about mitigating noise pollution, the overall noise level made it impossible to get a good quiet night’s sleep.
Due to these issues, I was unable to rest properly during my stay and would not recommend this hotel.

We were charged for one missing towel, even though a member of the facility took it from us, thinking he gave us an extra one. We did not take the towel a d we charged for it.

Clean, comfortable, good service, spacious and location is good. Not too far from the beach and lots of good food around too.

Amazing spread at the breakfast. Good options if you are vegan. Everyone is welcoming and greet with a smile. Thank you Ms. Kieu for ensuring that our stay was seamless and stress free. I want to mention Ms.Giang at the restaurant. She is exceptional and great at anticipating guest needs. I told her just once that I am unwell and she ensured that the aircon above our breakfast table was moderate everyday. Staff like them makes you return to the hotel again and again as they are the real hospitality professionals. Hotel is close to the beach and our room had the best view. Thank you to the hotel team.
