Lovely stay
Pros:

Supermarket right next door which was good
We had a problem with with aircon on the first night and the staff bent over backwards to help . Fan for the whole stay even through the problem with the aircon was sorted , as someone arrived in the morning to clean filters etc
Thought the pool was going to be bigger , but it works . As people are in and out all
Day .
Kieu Anh was lovely and helped with any problems . Helped and arranged my partner’s birthday banner for me and supplied a cake for him
All the breakfast staff were so nice
Everywhere clean
We found a restaurant called the family Indian two streets behind the hotel it was amazing

Der Service war super, wir wurden regelmäßig gefragt ob man uns helfen kann (perWhatsApp) oder alles okay ist mit dem Zimmer.
Aich die Lage war klasse..so dass man auch viel erlaufen kann wenn man will

Cons:

Unser Zimmer roch anfangs etwas nach muffiger Klimaanlage.... wurde aber sofort versucht zu beheben.

Not worth the price
Pros:

Our stay at Maximilian was a mixed experience. The hotel is not terrible, but in my opinion, it is overpriced for what it offers.

The rooms feel quite old, and there was always a strange, unpleasant smell from the air freshener, at least for me personally. The breakfasts were okay, but nothing special.

On the positive side, the staff were very kind, friendly, and always willing to help.

Overall, I don’t think the price-to-quality ratio is right. There are much better options available, even at a lower price, so we probably wouldn’t stay here again.

ينقع لإقامة قصيرة او اقتصادية .
Pros:

موقع الفندق ممتاز مقابل البحر على طول و قريب من اماكن كثيرة مثل المولات و الأسواق و القهاوي. الستاف ودودين جداً و خدومين خاصة Cung و Kieu و ساعدوني في اختيار الاماكن القريبة من الفندق و سهلوا علي رحلاتي للأماكن البعيدة و تعاونوا معاي في تغيير الغرفة لما قلت لهم ريحة الغرفة مجاري.

ريحة المجاري و لازم يهتمون زيادة بالتنظيف خاصة تنظيف الحمامات.

Okay but not overwhelming.
