TK and the cleaning lady were super nice and very accommodating.
Pros:

It was conveniently located near I-95 and 30 minutes from everywhere I needed to go to. The lobby entrance was nice and so was the eating area. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There were a few things that they could fix (see pictures), but for the price and the convenience you can’t ask for more.

Cons:

The hall carpet looks like it needs a good shampoo, but it was nothing that took away from the rest of the hotel. You can tell that the owners are little by little working in remodeling it to make it super nice and pleasant.

It was dirty, had roaches off the bat walking in, ac didn’t work, blankets where dirty, rude in the front lobby asked for breakfast they couldn’t even let me get a coffee, rude overall

Pros:

Its very convenient next to 95 and some restaurants in the area. I didn't have to go far for food. The staff is very friendly and nice. The price to me is reasonable.

Cons:

The shower pressure was not good.
