Overall, decent price for the area due to all the homeless people that be hanging out in the area
Pros:

Room is large and accommodating to my needs. The cleaning staff is always pleasant and helpful with whatever I need. The front desk clerk is always nice and helpful.

Cons:

The water pressure needs to be turned up because it is a little slow in some of the rooms. Television in certain rooms volume does not work volume goes out on certain channels.
