This hotel is so run down. There was mold all over the caulk in the shower. The juice machine didn’t work. Only thing for breakfast was cereal. This place is gross and St Charles, IL is a beautiful town. I would be embarrassed if I owned this hotel.

Pros:

Old owners were awesome... Tv didn't work in both rooms. Shower wouldn't get hot. New owner is rude. Got mad at me for using booking.com after he was rude on the phone.

Didn't have breakfast. Couldn't wait around.

Cons:

Towel shelf was hanging at a 45 degree angle, a bolt was missing. The towel hooks were coming off the wall, when I hung my towel on it the hook pulled mostly out. I pushed it back in. The toilet wax ring was bad. When I sat down, water leaked all over the floor. No place to put my suitcase, so I put it on the nightstand.
