The breakfast was only toast and a cereal option and they did not have equal or substitute only real sugar and the garage can was full

The entire place reeked of Pot. Filthy. Scary people in hallways and parking lot all hours of the night.
It was easily accessible from the highway.
We ended up cancelling the reservation after seeing the room. There was black mold and mildew in and around the shower and on the ceiling and wall. There was a chunk missing on the front of the toilet. The smell was that of mold and mildew while we were walking down the hall before we even got to the room. There were two other guests who cancelled in front of us. The worker said there are some bad rooms and “we could go see if that was one or the good ones.”
Very noisy hotel. They assigned me to room 321. The occupant in the room above me had 2 dogs and lots of gear. At 4 AM he began moving all his gear out. The dogs were barking and the noise of drawers opening and closing and moving g the gear was extremely loud. Somebody even called the room telephone. The noise was extremely loud! It continued until 5 AM. When I informed the morning clerk, he just said that he was sorry and offered no compensation having such a poor night of sleep due to all the noise.
Very nice managers. Convenient location
Our room needed a few updates in the bathroom. It needed some trim replaced and it could use a higher toilet. It did not have a very easy parking lot to navigate with a larger vehicle. Would have like a few more breakfast items offered.
Quiet and clean
Outside. Low lifes in the area. Not the fault of the motel but lots of garbage, drinking and drugs around the parking lot
I’d suggest they get a security guard to keep the grounds free of pests.

The halls smelled like cigarettes and marijuana.
Our stay was OK, but there were some issues. The first room they were going to put us in reaked of cigarette, so they put us in room 117, and the bathroom door did not close. The outer door lock did not work, and even this room had a smoke smell to it. We had to buy some fabreeze to get rid of the smell. My wife just had total knee replacement, and required ice for her knee, but the ice machine didn't work. I had to go to a Quick Stop Store to buy ice. My wife is gluten intolerant and all she could have for breakfast was yogurt and a banana.

Location was good, close to the interstate. Staff was helpful with problems.
We got stuck in the elevator on our way up to the room after check in. Took about 20 minutes before staff could get the elevator to open. We were let out on the wrong floor, but they did change our room to that floor so we did not have to carry our luggage up another floor. The air conditioner would not regulate and so stayed on until we were frozen and had to turn it off. Room was not overly clean, but it was late and only 1 night stay. Also there was really no breakfast to speak of. Yogurt and cereal. We ended up driving into town and getting Dunkin.
